Heyyyyyy so as I said in the last chapter. This is my new story that I'm working on right now. I'm quite excited to publish this but I won't do so until 'Undying Heart' has come to an end. Anyways I won't give out too much information about the cast etc and story plot ❤️

It was nearly 8 and I was busy setting up the breakfast table. Mom was still getting ready. Jonghyun was out of the house and I have no idea where dad is.

"Mom breakfast is ready!" I called out before taking a seat.

Not too long after she comes out fully dressed. I handed her a pair of chopsticks as we both ate away.

"Can't even cook a fucken pumpkin correctly" she mutters under her breath as she pokes at the pumpkin pieces.

Her chopsticks move onto the rice. She took a bite of it but quickly spit it out.

I hand her a cup of water.

"What a waste of life!" She screams before throwing the water at me.

I coward back in fear.

Her hands went to wipe off her mouth, "You have the simplest job in the world and you can't even fucken do it correctly! You call this rice?! Why is it so fucken hard?! Even pebbles are softer then this piece of shit you call rice!"

The bowl of rice flew across the ground. My eyes water as I look at the spilled rice. She glares at me one more time before rushing inside.

In her hand she held a bucket.

"Since you can't seem to fucken do anything right. Go get some water! You better be back in twenty minutes! If you aren't you're dead!" She shouts and throws the bucket at me.

It could've hit me if I hadn't move.

Sighing I pick up the bucket. My stomach growled as I didn't even get to eat yet. Holding the bucket I walk out towards the street.

Everyone's attention was already on me as I quietly head towards the creek.

"No wonder why his mother hates him. Can't even make a simple thing like rice"

"Why even keep him if he's no help to them?"

"Useless"

People around me whispers to one another but I heard everyone of them.

I pull Luna back towards Unnie's bakery and into the back where the stables were.

Joohyun unnie stood at the door as she watches everyone of my move. Once I lock Luna's stable, she rushes over to me.

"DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH OF A DEEP SHIT I WOULD HAVE BEEN IN IF YOU GOT HURT?!"

I didn't answer as I walk past her and inside.

She yanks me back to face her, "Answer me!"

But I stay silent as I notice Na Eun and Taemin looking at us.

"DO YOU REALIZE WHAT KIND OF SHIT YOU PUT ME THROUGH-"

"BE GRATEFUL FOR YOUR LIFE!" I shout back. She stares at me wide eye.

I don't know why but my eyes get watery, "Be grateful that you don't live in a household where everyone hates you or in a town where everyone despises you for no reason"

Now tears fall as I think back to the image I saw at -----'s house.

"His soul is broken unnie" I cried as she stares at me.

"Seungwan ah" her hands reach out towards me but I back away.

"He's been living a life without hope. A life without love" I continued and looked at Taemin and Na Eun.

Looking back at Joohyun unnie I smile,

"I won't allow him to live his life like this anymore"
