I stared blankly at the Eiffel Tower, stunned that my eyes met the tall building. The breeze swayed my hair, giving my face that air it was always been wanting. I closed my eyes, forgetting that I was held captive and I was enjoying the Paris air that wouldn't last for much longer.
I hoped my dad tracked that call because I didn't have the phone anymore. In a split second of enjoying this paradise, both of my arms were grabbed and I was being forced away from the ledge with such power. I tried to pull away, using everything I had.
I used my legs to kick both of them in the knee and their grip loosened up. I smacked one in the face with my elbow and I hit one of them square in the nose. I used one of my legs to kick him away from me and he crashed against the small ledge that stopped us from going overboard. He held his nose and tried to get up again. As for the other guy, he grabbed both arms but I jumped up and kick him in the stomach where he groaned and let me go.
I landed on my two feet; my hair fell over my shoulders. I cursed as my hair tie just snapped in the process. My hair flied in the wind as the guy that I kicked in the stomach got himself up and came after me again. His punch hit my jaw which sent me flying to the ground; I hit the concrete while scraping my elbows in the process. The man with the broken nose got up and walked over as I got up from my fall.
Sure, I could take on these guys.
"You really ruined my chance to appreciate Paris." I gave a sarcastic sad look as the two guys smirked at each other. I took the opportunity and punched the guy with the broken nose in the face and he collapsed to the ground again. The other guy threw a punch but I ducked it and hit him in the stomach again, he grabbed my arm and swung me over to the side where I rolled over and hit the balcony barrier.
He charged at me again and before he grabbed a hold of me, I grabbed both of his arms and swung him over the balcony, overlooking the busy street. I heard a gun click in my ear in that moment and I turned my head while holding this heavy weight as he screamed below me.
Lock held a gun to my head and I groaned at the fact that it was nearly over. "Put the man aside and raise your hands, Alexis." I smirked and let my hands slip through and the man I was holding fell to his death and the sound of his body being crippled echoed above us. I raised my hands and turned my body, facing Lock.
"He just," I paused, "slipped." I shrugged with a sarcastic look and a smirk formed on my face.
He glared at me and shook his head. "You're just like your father." He said as he ordered me to head to the door that led back inside. "Move!" He yelled and pushed me in the back with his gun pushed against it.
I did as he said otherwise my chances of surviving this thing were done. Why move me to Paris if he was just going to kill me anyway? I think he had other plans up his sleeve and I was not ready to find out what they were.
"My father will find you," I said to him, "and he will kill you."

I didn't know if the coldness was a good thing or a bad thing. And when I say coldness, I meant freezing, ice, numbing and piercing. Sure, it felt nice at first but after being held in there for seconds and seconds it didn't feel so nice anymore.
My scalp was being pulled apart by my hair being forced up into the air. I felt a sense of relief as I breathed deeply for the air I missed. I felt myself shivering and beginning to get frozen as the minutes passed by. My hair dripped onto my bare shoulders which led to more shivers and more frozen moments.
My hair was being pulled back even more and Lock's eyes met with mine. "How does that feel?" I didn't want to be forced into the bathtub of icy water again and I didn't want to beg for my life. I said nothing, trying to savour every breath I had before I was being pushed in again.
