The power had finally turned on as we both hobbled into the women's bathroom. I felt pain all over and I was pretty sure Noah did too but he was protecting his ego by not saying anything. Once we locked the bathroom door, we reached the sink area.

I looked pale as I glanced in the mirror; my face was scratched up with a huge cut on my forehead that had dry blood stained just above my eye. My lip was cut and I could see a bruise form on my right eye, I winced at the sight of me. Noah looked nothing different than me, his neck was swollen and he had a bruised face with cuts all over as well. I hated to say it but, we got our arses kicked by those guys.

I pulled my hair back and studied the scar from the mirror before I reached down and grabbed the first aid box that was hidden under the sink. I opened the box gently and saw supplies; we had to get fixed up before we moved on. There were band-aids, a needle and thread, tape, small bottles of alcohol and some makeup pads with a small pair of scissors. I was quite surprised at this college for having such good medical supplies.

Noah studied himself too as I took my eyes off him to grab the needle and thread to stitch up my cut before it got infected. I reached for the makeup pads and opened one of the small bottles of alcohol and dripped a few drops onto the pad. I got myself mentally prepared and before I did anything, Noah spoke. "Are you sure you're okay with doing that yourself?"

I glared at him in the mirror and I could see the concerned look on his messed up face. "I'm very capable of doing it myself." I took the pad and placed it gently onto the cut, it stung deeply and I winced in pain as it electrified my entire body.

Once I wiped away the blood, I grabbed the needle and the thread and threaded it into the needle. Once I completed that, I took the alcohol and took a long drink of it before setting it down. I took a deep breath and gently placed the needle through my skin. I tried not to scream at the pain that it was causing me and Noah winced as well. I continued to thread it, biting my lip in agony and looking carefully in the mirror.

"Just stop!" Noah said just as I had the needle half way through my skin. I paused what I was doing and glared at him. My eyes were watering from the pain and having no medicine to help with that, it was even more painful than I ever imagined.

"What?" I snapped, wincing as I spoke.

"Let me do it." Noah said while looking in the mirror at me, I shook my head and continued to thread but he stopped me with his hands. "Please, I can see it better."

I rolled my eyes as Noah turned me around and helped me sit on the small bench between the two sinks. He stood in between my legs and took a hold of the needle. He stared deeply into my eyes and at that moment, it felt like the world had stopped and my pain had suddenly disappeared. I wanted to stay like this forever and not have to deal with those people outside these walls wanting to capture me.

"You ready?"

"Just do it." I quickly cut him off. He nodded and began gently threading the needle on my forehead. I closed my eyes tightly as the pain continued to throb throughout my body. I grabbed a hold of his shoulders and squeezed them as the needle threaded through my skin. Once the last stitch was finally done, Noah cut the thread with the scissors and placed it all back in the box.

He took one last makeup pad and took a small amount of water from the faucet and gently dabbed my face to wipe away any blood that was left there. It felt nice and warm as he continued to do it and he looked into my eyes the entire time, making me feel more relaxed and calm. "Thank you." I said softly, getting lost in his eyes.

"You're welcome." He replied in the same tone. He didn't say anything else in the moment; he leaned forward and placed a gentle kiss onto my lips. It felt a lot softer than the last time we kissed and surprisingly, I kissed him back as I wrapped my arms around his neck.
