I know these sound weird but trust me, they make sense! :)

Your POV!

I shut my locker and I pulled out my phone. Tomorrow is finally Friday, then I have the weekend to be lazy!

I sent a text to my best friend, Y/c/n. He is also known as my crush. We had been best friends since (Pick a time!), and I had began to grow feelings for him about a year ago.

My text said, "Hey, you at your locker?" I waited a couple seconds and he replied, "You know it :)".

Why?! Why!? Why must he be so cute? I started walking down the hallway and I turned towards his hallway where his locker is.

I was walking when he came into view. But, he wasn't alone. He was talking to the most popular, prettiest girl in school. 

Why were they talking? What were they talking about? Are they dating and he just never told me? All these questions and more were running through my head.

She walked away and Y/c/n turned back to his locker. I walked over and leaned against the locker next to his.

"Hey H/a/n! I saw you talking to miss.P/g/n. What was that about?" I teased. I know he is my crush and stuff, but I can't risk him knowing that I like him.

"Don't call me that and I have to tell you something." I nodded and he shut his locker. "But not here." He continued. 

I gasped and pouted, "Hey! You can't say you need to tell me something and then say I can't tell you here! I need to know, NOW!"

He chuckled at me and he started walking down the hallway. I walked beside him and he said, "Let's go to Y/f/i/c/p, I'll tell you there." I sighed and nodded.

We both got into this car and we drove to the ice cream shop. He gives me rides because...Well I don't know why? He just always has, it's sort of like a tradition.

The whole time we drove there I tried getting him to give me hints, no luck. But finally we arrived and we ordered our ice cream.

We paid and sat down and I basically exploded, "Y/c/n! Tell me! I need to know! I'll die if I don't, you said you would tell me here. Now we are here, and I will hold you to your own words!"

He smiled and said, "Ok, fine. I have this crush on this girl. She is really pretty and I don't know if she likes me. I kind of want to make her jealous."

I faked a smile, "Ooohhh! Who is the lucky lady?" He smiled and blushed. He looked at the ground and wouldn't look me in the eyes, "Um, it's P/g/n. But please don't tell her!" He pleaded.

Of course, I knew it. I smiled and said, "I knew it! Now, how are you going to make her jelly?" He looked at me and sighed, "Well I was sort of hoping you could help me with that."

"What? How can I do that? Talk about you or something?" He shook his head, "I was thing, maybe, you could be my fake girlfriend and then make her jealous."

Those were the words I have been waiting to hear. Except for the fake, in front of the girlfriend. "Um, yeah! I could do that!" He smiled.

Even though he was my crush, I still want him to be happy. "Sweet! Thank you Y/n, I owe you big time/"

I smiled and we finished our ice cream.

~The Next Day~

Today was the first day of operation get P/g/n jelly. Now trust me, I feel absolutely terrible. But he is my bestie and I want him to be happy.

We walked into school hand in hand and heads turned. Every class he walked me to each classroom and by lunch. everyone was talking about us.

We sat together at lunch, as normal, and he turned to me, "Y/n, look P/g/n is looking at us!" I smiled and said, "Here, this will make her jealous."

I leaned in and kissed him on the cheek. He turned bright red and I smiled. STOP BEING SO CUTE, PLEASE!

We continued to eat I walked past her table to throw my trash away. "Yeah, Y/c/n is really cute. I like him but he's taken. Too bad, but anyway, you guys going to the old drive in tonight?"

I gaped silently and practically ran over to my table. I put on fake happiness and my fake smiled and said, "Omg! Y/c/n, P/g/n is going to the drive in tonight. If you really want to make her jelly, than we need to go!"

He smiled and said, "Of course! That's perfect, did she say anything else about me?" I nodded and replied, "Yeah, she said you're really cute and she likes you!"

He basically exploded from how happy he looked. It hurt that I wasn't making the one happy like that, but again, he is my best friend. I love seeing him so happy.

~Tonight~

We arrived and made sure that we sat next to P/g/n. We did all the couple stuff, talked, hugged, held hands.

I could see as the night progressed, P/g/n was getting super jealous. About half way through the movie she had enough and stood right in front of our view. 

"Um, P/g/n. You are kind of blocking our view." I said politely. She smiled and said, "I'm sorry to say this, but I can't take it anymore. Y/c/n, you are really cute and super sweet. I was wondering if you might want to watch the rest of the movie with me?"

I looked at him and he shook his head. My jaw dropped open and she shrunk down a little bit. "Nah, I'm good. Thanks for the offer though. Enjoy the rest of the movie!"

She nodded slightly and walked away. I turned towards him and shoved him, "What the heck?! Why did you turn her down?! The only reason this is happening is because you want to make her jealous."

He smiled and took my hands in his, "Listen Y/n, every since we started this whole fake relationship ordeal, I have grown feelings for you. I really like you, more than a friend. I'm sorry if this is messing up our friendship, but I can't keep it in any longer."

I smiled and whispered, "You have no idea how long I have waited for you to say that." I pulled him into a passionate kiss.

Every since that night, things haven't been the same...
