In the afternoon we were all sitting in the living room watching a movie and laughing while commenting when I got a text from Amy telling me that she'll be back in 4 days in stead of next week and I smiled happily but I texted that I would still be at my Grandma's for 3 days more after she got back.

And she then told me something that took me completely by surprise. "I'll come to visit your Grandma. I missed her and I want to meet this Alex Thorne-and see him at a bathing suit and swimming! I've alredy arranged it with your Grandma." She told me and I giggled and rolled my eyes and I was extremely happy that she was coming.

I returned my attention to the movie then and just spend a happy and relaxed day with my family.

Logan and Mom argued about his hair which had purple highlights-I think his L.A. girlfriend has messed up of what he had left of operating brain cells and now he has none. Well, I haven't met her and I can't judge. She actually might be a good girl.... You never know....

I went to sleep happy that night again after Alex and I had spent about 3 hours in texting....

Again I was awaken by yells and I groaned but I smiled happily. Today my parents will meet Alex!!! I did my morning routine and I had arranged to meet Alex in the beach, Logan had decided to tug along and I had let Alex know. He was worried at first but I calmed him down. At least I hope I did....

When I got to the kitchen I found my brother with normal hair scowling at his food as he shoved it angrily down his throat. I sat next to him with caution and started eating and waiting.... And finally about five minutes later he exploded! "Look what they did while I slept!" he said angrily. Mom and Grandma rolled their eyes at the same time Dad chuckled hidding behind his newspaper. I turned and looked at Logan pointing at his hair with an angry expression and I had to hold back my laughter.

"We just made you look like Logan again and not an Alien with purple hair!" Grandma said with a wave of her hand and sipping at her coffee. I bit my lower lip in an attempt to stop my laughter.  "Donna will hate it! I'll have to fix it before I get back to L.A.!" he yelled. And Mom took a sip from her tea and said "If this Donna won't want you for your hair then maybe you should reconsider your relationship with her, Logan. You don't want to be with someone because their hair are brown, black, purple or green. You want to be with them because you like them just the way they are, no matter how they look. If not then they don't truly care about you." She said looking at him seriously and with concern in her eyes.

Logan couldn't respond to that, then. Dad set his newspaper down. "Son, does this Donna make you happy? Does she like you and accepts you the way you are? If not then your Mother is right... You should reconsider your relationship with that girl." Dad said with concern and with a gentle voice.

Logan huffed and struggled to find words. "Not really...." he finally mumbled. "Fine. You guys proved your point and you're right.... Again." he grumbled at the end but I could see the relief in the depth of his eyes to have some support to his already made decision.

He always needs the emotional support for his decisions. I smiled reasurringly at him. We ate with a pleasant converation and then Logan and I headed out to the beach. He run his hands throught his hair for the hundreth time and I rolled my eyes at him. "It feels so nice to have my hair back! I was shocked and mad at first but I was cool with it before I walked out the bathroom. I just like to fight with them." He said with a chuckle and I snorted. "I don't get you. You like them ganging up on you?" I asked him in disbelief.

"Yes and no. It's fun when I it hasn't happened in a while. I miss you guys and I'm so glad that my studies are almost over so I can move back to Chicago and get an apartment and live my life away from all the drama of L.A." he told me with a sigh and I giggled. "You chose to go there." I reminded him and he rolled his eyes.

"Thank you, genius! I already know that! I just wanted to see how it is there and since now I'm done with that I can't wait to get back to Chicago and get a place!" he told me with a smile. And I also smiled at him. We reached the beach and I searched for Alex and spotted him in the middle of his fans circle again. I let out a small growl-Where did that come from?!?!-as jealousy overwhelmed me. Don't they take a hint?!

"Easy there, tiger!" Logan chuckled and I glared at him and he held up his hands in defense. "So, my guess is that you really like that guy. Let me think, is he the one surrounded by all the hormonal crazy girls?" he asked me with a raised eyebrow and I  nodded stifly, thinking of a way to make them all vanish once and for all! "He's good looking and he also looks like he needs help. Is that guy nuts?! He has all those chicks around him and he wants to get away?!" Logan said with disbelief. And I felt happiness buble up inside me. "Excuse me." I told him and I made my way through the fan group once again.

Alex was looking around for the emergency exit desperately when his eyes connected with mine and I froze in place as he moved towards me, the fan club making way for him to move. He scooped me up in his arms and kissed my cheek and whispered to my ear making tingles and shocks to shoot throughout my body. "God, I missed you, Sunshine! And I hope I won't be murdered by your brother." he told me with a low nervous chuckle and I bit my lower lip. Is it me or the sun got hotter? Has the oxygen evaporeted?

Suddenly I heard my brother say from right behind me. "Nice to meet you. You must be Alex Thorne. I'm Logan Stewart. Iris' brother, if you didn't know." I felt Alex tense as he took one of his hands from around me to take Logan's extended one. "Nice to meet you, Logan. Iris has told me a lot about you. Sorry for the show but they won't just leave me alone." he said with a sigh and moving his released hand to run it through his hair. And held him tighter and I felt him relax a little, especially since Logan laughed.

"That's ok. I can understand why they're crazy about you. You're a good looking guy. I got the same reaction years back around here. Not anymore apparently. You took my place and besides my 'fan club' has moved to Colleges and stuff like that. Oh, well." he said nonchalantly and I snorted.

"Good to know." Alex said with a smile. "Well, unlike you he liked the attention and eveything that included. Right, brother?" I asked with a sweet smile at my brother as I turned and looked at him with an evil glint in my eyes. He narrowed his eyes at me and glared. "Yes, little sister!" he said and I rolled my eyes. The day passed quickly.

Surprisingly enough Logan and Alex got along just fine. For lunch we ate junk food. Nicky at some point appeared but only glared at me and eyed Alex like she wanted him, then glared at him and then again like she wanted him and then she drooled over my brother, too. She's unbelievable! Then we split up. Alex went to his house to get ready to meet my parents and I warned him that my Mom is just like his-with the hugs and all- and he simply rolled his eyes and Logan agreed with me. We got home and changed and helped to set the dining room table set. Mom was nervous if he would like the food and Dad just laughed at her antics while Grandma tried to calm her down. Logan laughed with Dad and I was worried if they would like him and if he would like them. "Oh, come on, Iris. It's not like they meet your boyfriend to approve of. He's only a friend!" I scolded myself.

About five minutes later everything was in place and ready when the doorbell rang.....

 He's here....
