    We're now back to Chicago... Yay!!! Not...

The days passed with hanging out in the beach and having fun. There was some progress between Nate and Kate and I asked Alex if he would mind...

 You want to know what his answer was? Of course you do but even if you didn't I would still tell you. Anyway.

    "I've been trying to get them to talk more nicely to each other and push them around but they're really stubborn. I decided to give it time. They do say after all that absence helps. So, maybe that's what they need.... I know that Nate will take care of Kate and help her. Even though I don't want to think about my little sister dating I know it'll happen and Nate is the best for her." he told me with a smile and I just stared at him with wide eyes and my mouth hanging open.

 Literally. He just laughed....

Later tonight I'll meet Sam and tell him that I want to just be friends. I hope that he'll take it nicely.

Not much hope in that.

Anyway.

Amy and my brother are almost there thanks to our help and he found an apartment close to my school and he moved back.

I better hope for his own good to not break her heart or I'll break his head. He might be my brother but if he's at fault I will do it....

Alex and Nate have moved to their apartment too. His Mom was crying non-stop for the last two days before we left. I'm not kidding....

 Mr. Thorne was holding her the whole time and soothing her. She kept hugging Alex and Nate to the point of suffocation.

Kate just ignored them both but the sadness was obvious in her eyes. She'll miss her big brother and his best friend.

Oh, well...

It's time to go and meet Sam down at the cafe....

I don't like what I'm about to do but it must be done....
