Two updates in one day?! I really have nothing to do, but write today, obviously😊
"Wait, what?.." You spoke meekly to yourself. You felt so confused.
"Oh... My... Gosh!" Charlie exclaimed between fits of hysteria once again. You didn't know what to do... Do you laugh? Do you complain? Charlie seemed to be finding it amusing, so instead of losing it over such a small thing, you began to laugh, too. A knocking came at the door after a little while and all of a sudden you both stopped laughing. You knew who that was.
"Guys? You in there?" Sam's voice bellowed through the thick wood of the door. You and Charlie both froze in your places, eyes wide, staring at each other.
"Oh. My. God." Charlie stumbled in a hushed whisper.
"What do we do now?" You asked in your own hushed voice. "We can't let them in! They'll see all of... This!" You gestured your hands around to the rose petals on the bed, the box of chocolates on the dresser as well as other objects which you maybe would rather not have learned the existence of at all that were on another dresser. Charlie quickly ran and hid those things almost immediately, trying to hide them from you. Probably not wanting to explain what they were, but you got it out of her in the end and you regretted it immensely now.
"C'mon guys! We know you're in there!" The voices came from the other side of the door again.
"Okay, I have a plan. It may not work, but we have to try." Charlie said and then she was suddenly pushing you to the door, following closely behind you, she opened the door the smallest bit she could and let you slip out before she herself tried to get out of the door and then the plan failed. Sam stuck his foot in the way of the door just before Charlie shut it properly.
"What's the rush, girls? We're doing some research in your room. Why're you coming out here?" Sam asked, confusion imprinting on his face just before he opened the door properly.
"No!" Charlie winced under her breath, but it was too late.
"Oh, wow..." Dean breathed as he took in the sight. "I mean, I know you liked the fairy last time, but I didn't know you just mainly had a thing for all ethereal beings, Charlie.." Dean smirked to himself for saying that.
"Shut up." Charlie said, turning beet red. "This wasn't my idea. We were probably just put into the wrong room. I'm gonna go and talk to that front desk lady. Thinks she's so funny." Charlie mumbled the last part under her breath before she shuffled away from the room.
"Well, then. This seems-"
"Don't even start, Dean." You cut in and Sam smiled, amused at the scene in front of him.
"What? I was going to say 'cosy'." he tried to hold back from further unnecessary comments, but you knew exactly what he was getting at.
You noticed that Castiel hadn't said a thing since you had all walked into the room and you soon realised why.
"Ummm... Guys? Where's Cas?" You questioned.
"He's still in our room. Said that we should come and check your room out. He's actually the reason we came to do research in here. He said we'd want to see the room." The hidden meaning behind Cas' words suddenly hit the three of you.
"Are you kidding me? Cas set this up? Oh my gosh... His humour has definitely evolved." You began to chuckle to yourself.
Cas must have known you were talking about him because he suddenly showed up at the door, all three of you greeted him with faces of amusement and not long after, Charlie showed up, too.
"Castiel, that was rude." Charlie playfully shot at him as she got through the door. The lady must have told her everything, you thought.
"I'm sorry. I couldn't resist, guys." Castiel replied, a slight smile playing on his lips. "Did you ask for a new room?"
"I did, but they don't have any others." Charlie informed us.
"Oh, ha-ha, I'm guessing you're saying that just to scare me or something now, right? That's what Cas paid the woman to tell us-"
"It's also the truth. There aren't any other rooms left, but she is grateful of the extra cash, Cas." Charlie smiled brightly at Castiel.
"You're kidding." Castiel grumbled in a low voice, eyeing Charlie suspiciously, waiting for any kind of break in her face to indicate a joke, but none came.
"Wow. I do believe you were just conned, Cas." Dean snickered lightly while Cas just looked shocked.
"Okay, then. The angel is broken, let's take him back to our room and we'll get Some research done for a bit, so the newlyweds can have some time alone." Dean looked to the two of you and winked before pulling the angel out of the door with Sam."Hey!-" the door was shut before either of you had the chance to protest.
"Right then. Come on, we'd best get ready to go and ask around about the missing people." Charlie proclaimed. You both went about searching through your bags and then putting on your suits and helping each other out with whatever you needed, then you both got your I.D badges and left the room, locking it, to go and meet up with the boys.
