"GRAY!!!!" I wailed, lowering Althia onto the ground before racing to Gray's limp body.
He was taking in fleeting, hoarse gasps, blood still gushing out over his chest and onto the ground. I put my hand under his head and looked into his half open eyes.
He leisurely reached up, his hand coming to rest upon my cheek.
"Tris...I..." He took one last gulp before his eyes closed and his hand dropped from my cheek.
"No! Gray!"
I couldn't cry, as all my tears had been used earlier. But I wish I could, fall upon my knees. I had so much to say that had stayed unspoken, and I now regretted that I hadn't said anything.
I clutched onto his hand, gripping it.
"I just lost Althia, my sister! I had to kill my own sister! I lost my parents! I lost my family, my first family, the one that taught me how to love! I can't lose you, too!" I shouted at him, as if he could possibly hear me.

Darkness. Darkness was the only thing I saw. But why? Was I dead? Right. Now I remember. Otis had shot a beam of light that pierced my chest. The last thing I saw was Tris's beautiful, innocent face.
Tris, I'm so sorry that I have to leave you like this. I should've told you everything, about how I felt about you.
But as Otis had said, I'd never get the chance.
"I just lost Althia, my sister! I had to kill my own sister! I lost my parents! I lost my family, my first family, the one that taught me how to love! I can't lose you, too! "
Tris... she's lost so much in just a day. Her childhood enemies coming back, Otis making his sudden appearance, and killing her own sister. I wanted to be there for her, to comfort her, but instead I made it worse. I'm sorry, Tris.

I wish I could've told Gray how I felt, about how he opened my eyes and melted my heart. About how cute he was when he smiled, about how I just want to scold him every time he strips in public, about how he was warm despite being an ice mage. Now, I'd just have to confess to a corpse.
"Gray..."

"I love you. "
She loved me. I wish I could tell her the same, to wrap my arms around her and pull her into an intense, passionate kiss... but fantasies will remain fantasies.

Just as I confessed, my cloak started glowing a brilliant, golden hue. I slowly untied the string from my shoulder and swung the cloak off my back.
Hades had told me that if it started glowing, I'd be able to use it. Well, it's glowing so I guess I use it now. But for what? I glanced at Gray then back at the cloak then back to Gray.
I shrugged.
It's worth a shot.
I laid the cloak over Gray and his figure began to glow. When the glow dwindled, I lifted the cloak off him.
He still lay there, eyes closed and all. Well, I tried.
But then I realized that the wound started to heal and the blood slowly drifted off of his chest. Then, with a sudden gasp, he opened his eyes and sat up.
How was this possible?!
Wait, Hades had said that it was made from magical wool, but I didn't know any magical wool. There was, though, a legendary fleece from a ram that was the offspring of the sea god Posidon.
The golden fleece! According to the myths, which were true, it could cure any sickness and mend any wound. It could even bring people back from the brink of death!
I looked at Gray and jumped into his arms, putting my head on his shoulder as sudden drops of tears left my eyes.
Taken by surprise, he hesitated before wrapping his arms around me and putting his head in the nape of my neck as he sobbed on me. We both started laughing.
"Tris.... you saved... me." He said through the tears and the laughter.
"Again," I giggled before pulling away just as Natsu, Happy, Erza, and Lucy jumped on him.
"I thought you were dead, ice princess!" Natsu cried.
"Flame for brains..."
They all laughed together and I turned away, picking up Althia.
Turning back around, I looked at Gray, who paused and shoved everyone off him to stand up. He walked over to me, the golden fleece in his hand before he draped it back over my shoulders and tied it before standing in front of me. His eyes looking into mine, he slowly put his hands under Althia's lifeless body and took her out of my arms. Though uneasy at first, I let him carry her.
"Shall we go? " He said, his eyes never leaving mine.
"Yes, we shall." I took his arm as we led the way out of Tartaurus.
