chapter 27

"We're gonna get in trouble." I whispered and Niall laughed, tightening his arm around my waist, shifting the covers around us.

"So?" He smirked and I smiled a little, lying my head back on the pillow, a sigh falling from my lips. "It's our wedding day. We do what we want."

"This is bad luck, apparently." I said and he shrugged. "We're doomed." I lightly laughed and Niall did too, drawing designs on my back under the t-shirt I was wearing.

"Well, let's just make it look like we had sex and Harry will refuse to come in here." I let out a loud laugh at that and covered my mouth with the comforter, trying to conceal my giggles.

Niall and I continued to lay around his house for a bit longer until I had to go to get my nails done with my bridesmaids. I reluctantly got out of the bed and Niall whined, not letting go of my hand. I laughed and gave him a kiss, making him lose his grip. I got out of the bed and he pouted at me while I got dressed. I used the bathroom and brushed my teeth before going back to tell Niall goodbye. He pleaded for me to stay for five more minutes and I just reassured him that I would see him tonight.

"We will be married in eight hours." He said, glancing at the clock. "And in about twelve hours, we will both be naked in this bed."

"Sounds like a plan." I laughed and leaned down to give him one last kiss. "Love you."

"I love you, too. See you later."

Niall kissed me once more before I left his house, going to my car. I couldn't help the butterflies from erupting in my stomach at the thought about what was going to happen later. I was officially going to be Niall's wife. The thought made me smile and I drove to the nail place, noticing Louise's car already there, along with Lana's and Caroline's. Caroline and Jake have been together for almost seven years and he still hasn't proposed to her. She was kind of like another sister to me.

"Here comes the bride." Louise sang as I walked in and I smiled, giving them all hugs. "You ready to be a Horan?"

"Hell yeah." I smiled and they all laughed as we walked back to sit down to get our nails done. "How was Hawaii?" I asked Louise and she smiled, taking the seat next to me.

"Really good. It was nice to not have a crying baby wake us up every three hours." I laughed and Louise smiled, leaning close to me. "I have never had so much sex in my entire life."

"Did not need to know that." I sang and Louise rolled her eyes, sitting back in the chair.

"Almost done." Louise poked her tongue out of the side of her mouth as she put eye shadow on me.

I kept my eyes closed and she pulled out eyeliner, swiping a line across each eye lid and then did mascara, making my lashes look longer. I got to open my eyes and I smiled at the sight in the mirror, seeing a smoky eye and winged eyeliner. Louise put a bit of blush on my cheeks and pulled out some lipstick, making me pucker my lips. I pretended to make a fish face and she laughed, swatting my arm. I did what she said and she put the lipstick on, finally finishing all of the makeup, zipping the bag up.

"Thanks girly." I smiled and gave her a hug, sitting back down.

"So, Niall's mom is bringing the dress over. She'll be here any minute." Caroline said, coming up to us and I nodded, smiling a bit.

"Can you call Jake and tell him that he can come in after I have it on?" I asked and Caroline nodded, leaving the room with her phone.

I took a sip from my water bottle and leaned back in the chair I was in, trying to calm my nerves. I shook my leg and soon enough, Maura came with my dress, handing it off to me. I smiled, thanking her and Louise and I went into the bathroom that was attached to the room we were in. She put on her grey bridesmaid dress and I unzipped my dress bag, taking it off the hanger. I too my clothes and bra off, unzipping the dress. Louise helped me to put it on and she zipped it up in the back.
