I was staying at Jacksons house tonight, the rest of his family are at a wedding in LA and Jackson had said he would stay home and babysit Julian.

It was around about midnight, you were both sitting on the sofa in the dark watching a movie.

About 45 minutes into the movie Jackson had fallen asleep. I lay my head on his shoulder about to doze off to sleep myself when I hear a small voice speak "m?" I look over to see Julian standing in the dark holding his blanket and teddy in one hand and the other rubbing his eyes.

"hey Julian what's wrong?" I ask, picking him up and sitting him on my lap. He snuggled his head into the crook of my neck, whimpering.

"Buddy you wanna tell me what happened ?" He lifts his head up and I can see small tears in his eyes and running down his face "I- I had a scary dream" he cries.

"Aww, baby don't worry it's not real" I explain, carrying him to the kitchen and sitting him on the island.

I pull the chocolate milk out of the fridge and put some in a bottle for him.

"Here you go buddy" I wink, his mom doesn't usually allow him to have chocolate milk at night.

I pick him up and walk into Jacksons room, picking up the covers and laying him down before tucking him in.

"But where are you gonna sleep?" His cute little voice pitches in worry "right here" I say before lying on the bed next to him but on top of the covers.

" M, can you sing me a song?" He asks, obviously tired "yeah, what song ?" I ask "the one that Jackson always sings to you when you can't sleep".

I start singing in a very low voice, very angelic not much like the song but more how Jackson sings it to me.

"M. You're gonna be the bestest sister ever, I love you" Julian says before he closes his eyes and drifts off to sleep.

"Yeah I love you too buddy" I reply.

"he's not wrong you know?" I turn to see a sleepy looking Jackson standing at the door frame watching us "how long have you been there?".

"Long enough" he says before walking to the other side of the bed and lying down next to Julian.

"You're gonna be a great mom one day" he smiles, leaning over to kiss me.

"I guess we could make a pretty good team baby".
