BC I'VE BEEN HAVING HELLA ZACH FEELS :))

The rain was pouring down in a massive amount of water, making the whole sky pitch black and grey by the heavy clouds, spreading out on the streets and making the whole world dull.

People were hurrying around on the streets to get inside, not wanting their clothes to get wet. You wanted to be them. You wanted to be in that position instead of the one you were suffering through.

The pillow you were clutching onto was at the point of pressing out its feathers, the amount of pressure you were giving it was out of order.

It was the only thing that seemed to hold you in one piece right now. The only thing that spread out good memories by the still beautiful scent of Zach's cologne.

It was faint but every time you would nudge your nose into the fabric the images of him would flash before your eyes.

It was a love and hate relationship.

A love and hate relationship all put into the feelings of the pillow in your hands. The pillow Zach had always slept with no matter what the situation was, if he was just napping or if you guys were staying overnight at your bedroom.

He used it when he was playing guitar, sitting with it on your carpet or just having late night discussions with you.

It reminded you of so many things, and even though you wanted to throw it out, rip all the feathers out and tear it apart you couldn't. You didn't want to. It was almost like a last memory even though holding onto something that wasn't there any longer seemed pointless in the end.

You had always loved rain. Hearing the sound of it while doing art, making homework or just sitting in front of the TV. You loved the feeling of it, it was the most amazing thing to both watch and listen to.

You constantly sat by your window, looking out and daydreaming, letting the time pass by in your dreams.

But it wasn't like this. Not any longer. The rain was a painfully truth of how life was. That nothing was perfect, life wasn't easy and things that went so perfect could end up cruelty wrong.

You couldn't even walk in the rain any longer without becoming sad. Images that you wanted so badly erase just wouldn't vanish. They were printed in your mind for life.

Zach and you had been best friends for years. Growing up in the same street had its benefits when it came to you getting new friends as a five year old. You had just moved into the house, getting the chance to have the bedroom with the small balcony that was connected with the neighbor's, only a small rack separating the two of you.

He was standing with a puzzled look on his face features by the sudden girl standing on the other side of the balcony. He had grown used to only seeing adults on the other side, the ones who had lived in the apartment before. But now a beautiful young girl was standing in front of him and it made his freckled covered cheeks blush in a deep shade of tomato.

From that, the two of you bonded and created the perfect friendship. There wasn't a single day where you guys wouldn't have some sort contact. If it wasn't a small smile sent from door to door against the windows it would be hanging out on your side of the balcony or his. There wasn't a limit to what was too girly and boyish.
