a/n: Late update whoops sorry :)

Well for the most part, I think that we still need to find Alex and my other sister, Sarah. Hopefully they're both still alive because God knows what happens if they die in the story. Well, I hope that they just simply come out of the story and into.. well our world or whatever. 

For the rest of the day being, me and my sister just kept talking about how weird it is being a supernatural book.

In the last 2 books, all 4 (Alex, my 2 sisters and I) of us were in realistic (well, somewhat because Cinderella wasn't that rrealistic) books but a Vampire series? Well this should be very interesting...

Eventually, I drove Herah back to her house, which thankfully isn't even that far from my- er Charlie's house. I hugged her goodnight, then went back to my house and tried to sleep in a room that wasn't mine.

January, 2005 (Monday)

The next day of school, Biology in particular was the most interesting. 

I found out that last class's Edward was there: Alex!

I ran to my seat, scooted very close to him and started talking right away.

"Alex!! Where were you? How did you get here? Why weren't you here yesterday? What happened? Who are you now? Where do you live?"

People around us looked at me like I was some psycho girl that came from Planet Weirdo.

Alex didn't reply right away. He covered up his nose with his hand then gritted his teeth.

"Oh no! I smell bad don't I? Like old people? Yeah, ha ha Sorry-" I started to talk 

"Jennifer. Shut. up." Alex growled.

I quickly shut my mouth and drew back away from him.

I thought he would be happy to see me! I mean, I was like, really really really happy to see him, so I guess maybe I expected too much? 

"Sorry. It's just that. I kinda, maybe, want to eat you right now." Alex said slowly and quietly.

"Wai-wait what?" He didn't turn into like a cannibal or anything did he? 

Then he lowered his voice even more and said, "I turned into a Vampire. I'm your to-be boyfriend, Edward" 

I gasped then scooted my chair furthest it would go without going into the aisle of the classroom because our tables were those black lab ones that you can only sit 2 to a table. 

"B-but-" I couldn't find the right words to say to him.

"And to me, you're technical newly fresh cooked Shin Ramyun noodles." 

I gulped. I knew exactly what he meant. Because I love ramyun noodles to death. I would eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner for a year if I could. (But of course I can't because it's not healthy for you) 

"Sorry." I said quietly then the teacher came into the classroom. 

"Today, class, you will be using microscopes with your lab partners. In each slide, you will determine its phase..."

As he went on, I kept thinking, Great, why does Alex have to be a dumb vampire? He could've been like Mike or something. Or any random guy in the school. Oh yeah, Edward is a random guy in this school. Then maybe my dad. No wait, that would be like extremely awkward.... 

Soon enough, I noticed that microscopes were handed out so I stopped thinking about other characters Alex could've been and got out a paper to fill in whatever the teacher told us to do. 

Thankfully, I already learned this easy stuff in the 'real' world, and it was part of my favorite things to do (looking at stuff under microscopes) so I filled out the paper easy as 1-2-3. Then I let Alex copy so that we didn't have to get close enough for him to eat- I meant smell me. 

Then we just sat at our desks for the rest of class awkwardly while everybody else was talking to their neighbors, talking about whatever happened yesterday, what they want to eat for lunch... etc.. 

After class finally ended, I asked him one more thing, hoping that he would actually reply to me without getting hungry or mad.

"Do you know where Sarah is?" 

He laughed, which took my surprise because before, he was like all grrrr, ya know?

"She's my sister now."

"Woah what?" 

"She's Alice. Remember? The book?"

"Wait- so ... A-a-Alice is a Vampire, right?" I said regretfully.

"Yeah." Alex said then he left me standing there like some idiot.  

Great. Just great. My sister is Alex's sister now and Alex's sister is a vampire meaning that my sister is a vampire. So I'm dating my sister's brother? And that means that me and Alex would be related? And what about Herah? What the hell is going on? 

Short chapter I know :( But isn't it better to have short but frequent chapters instead of long but infrequent ones? Lol idk. Anyways put this in your reading list, vote, comment etc... :) or nothing at all x)
