Trapped into Twilight

The Dance

 So today, I found out that Mike is one of the most popular guys at Forks and he's gonna ask me out to the dance. Lucky me???

and apperently Jessica has a mini crush on him. Just great. 

But Mike is always following me around and that's beginning to be a problem. 

But I eventually have to reject all 3 of the guys. 

I sighed as I opened my textbook in Biology, I skimmed through the chapter we were supposed to read. Apperently next class, aka the day after tomorrow we were supposed to have a blood test... And I'm supposed to faint. How luckier can I get?? I thought.

So far, Alex has been continuing to ignore me, as always. 

Tomorrow is the night of the spring dance. 

Personally, I would have lovedd to go with my friends/ sisters but of course, I have to lie that I was going to "Seattle". 

As if!

So instead, Sarah and I decided to visit Herah's house for once. 

Thank God, because I felt kind of bad for Charlie, my dad, for having to keep us in that small little house. 

Riiiiing!

I ran out of my first class and headed towards the gym. 

Another day of vollyball I groaned in frusteration.

And with Mike I added.

I got changed and went to the gym where Mike met up with me. 

Oh great..

"So, are you doing anything tonight?" He asked

"Uhh yeah actually I am" I said slowly.

He looked at me suspiciously

"As in...?"

"As in what?" I tried not to seem like I was annoyed

He looked at me. "Bella, do you think that-"

Suddenly the teacher blew her whistle and we got into our vollyball positions. 

I was next to Mike but at least he couldn't continue what he was about to say.

"I'm going to Seattle tonight with my friends." I quickly said before he could ask me to the dance.

"Awww who friends?"

I smiled at him. At least this part was the truth, "Sarah- I mean Angela Webber and her- I mean... Uh.. OH yeah! Alice"

He looked at me with squinted eyes.

"Alice... Cullen?"

"Yeah.." I said "Is that a problem?" 

"Well I was going to ask you to the spring dance but... I guess not.." He concluded

I sighed in relief mentally. 

"You should definatly ask Jessica!" I remembered that Jessica had some feelings for Mike. Also why she sorta avoiding me earlier. She probably already knew that Mike was going to ask me. Well, lucky for her, I'm already taken!! 

I silently laughed to myself as I saw the vollyball hurling towards me.

I quickly hit the ball back with my super fast reflexes. 

I was just glad I got 1 rejection over with! 

1 down, and 2 to go.
