“So are you ecstatic that you finally get to see Monica again?” Perrie asks me, leaning down to eat some of her pasta. We’re out on another one of our ‘dates’ again. This is probably our tenth one. We usually just sat there and it was kind of awkward, but we are attempting to talk to each other and she’s a really nice lass. It’s been a month and a half since I’ve seen her. Tour ended a week ago, but I came home to visit my family for a bit. It’s about time that I go and see Monica again.
“’Course I am. It’s been so long,” I respond taking a sip of my beverage.
“When’re you going to visit her again?” she asks me, actually curious.
“In the morning I believe,” I answer honestly. I don’t feel like I have to hide anything from Perrie. I don’t know if that’s a good thing or a bad thing.
“That’s nice. Does she know that you’re going?” she asks now just fumbling with her food. She must be done, but I can’t complain because I am too.
“Nope. I want to surprise her like she did me,” I tell Perrie as I motion for the waiter to come over. He arrives and I hand him my card. He walks away.
“You guys are adorable. I honestly wish that I could have a relationship like that. You seem like the perfect boyfriend,” she tells me and looks down. Soon the waiter returns with my card and we leave after putting on our coats. I take her hand as the cold air hits us.
“You will find someone someday Perrie,” I tell her as we are walking along the sidewalk.
“You really think so?” She asks looking up at me. That’s when it begins to start snowing.
“I know so,” I tell her. I really do enjoy her company and any guy who wouldn’t is beyond stupid. She is an amazing lass.
“Thanks Zayn,” she says giving me a kiss on the cheek and I immediately know that that wasn’t for the publicity. That was for just me in general, that I was so kind to her.
“Where are we going?” She asks using her freehand to tighten her jacket around her.
“You’ll see,” I smirk and she raises an eyebrow at me.
“C’mon!” I shout at her as I begin to run dragging her along with me. Our laughter fills the streets of London as we make our way around them. Finally, I see the park that I am taking her to. I look behind me and see the pink in her hair flowing behind her as she throws her head back in laughter. She really is beautiful. I turn back around and pull her ]under the pavilion that is lite up. In the corner there is three men in tuxs and coats that have instruments. Perrie looks at me baffled.
“Did you do all of this?” she asks looking around at all of the candles. It was technically management, but she doesn’t need to know that. She seems so innocent and fragile. She can have one night of happiness.
“Yeah. I was thinking about it and for the rest of the night, I can be your actual boyfriend. Not fake. I’m sure Monica won’t mind,” I tell her causing her to look skeptical.
“Are you sure about this?” she asks and I nod, bringing her closer to me. She gulps and looks unsure of herself as the music starts playing.
“Relax,” I tell her and she laughs, taking a deep breath.
“Sorry. I guess I’m just not used to this. I never really had boyfriends back home,” she tells me and I frown at her. That can’t be right, can it? We begin to dance around to the music and we joke around a bit because I can’t dance worth shit. I’d never let Monica see me dance this way. I know that the paparazzi are around us, but I don’t really care. I am having too much fun to care.
