Your room was just piles of clothes and dirty bed sheets. Your bathroom was even more tragic, the shower was covered in soap scum, the taps were rusting and the tiles were growing mould. The kitchen was disgusting, the sink was filled with dirty dishes and the fridge had a strange rotting smell coming from it. The lounge was untouched and covered in dust.

You spent the entire day cleaning your apartment. You couldn't help but clean, at least you weren't laying in bed crying. You washed the dishes, emptied the fridge, cleaned the bathroom until it was spotless, dusted every untouched thing in the house and did so much washing you almost broke the washing machine.

Towards the end of the day, doubtful thoughts crawled into your head. Why are you even doing this? Nobody is going to come and see your hard work. You're not going to make yourself happier by swallowing your time being a clean freak. You began to feel depressed again. But you pushed through and continued to clean. As you were going through a pile of clothes to wash you found a small crumpled up piece of paper. A wide smile covered your face and all your sadness immediately disappeared. The piece of paper read:

Hope to hear from you again!

{Phil's number}

~Phil

How could have you forgotten? How could have you let yourself get so down about being lonely when you had someone to call. But you sighed again. It had been three weeks Phil had probably forgotten about you. If you had forgotten so easily he had too. Phil probably meets thousands of fans in a week, you were no different.

You kept going through the clothes, trying to stop yourself from being sad again. But what were you gonna do call him and when he doesn't remember you hang up and never see him again? You decided the answer was probably. And kept washing the clothes.

Then your phone dinged and you looked at the notification. Phil had just uploaded a new video. You looked out the window and saw what you assumed was Dan and Phil's apartment building. Phil Lester, your idol had just clicked, upload on his computer, he was probably sitting back in his chair and smiling at another video posted. While you sat in your apartment and did what? Nothing.

You concluded that cleaning wasn't going to make you happy and even if Phil had forgotten at least you had tried to talk to someone. And maybe just, maybe even trying to talk to someone would make a light bulb go off in your head, maybe you would get inspired to go outside and do something.

You decided to finished washing all of your clothes and complete cleaning your apartment before you did anything else. After that was done you sat down at your island bench with a decent cup of coffee. You stared at the note for a long time, studying his cute wobbly handwriting and the way he wrote each number and letter. You had always had a crush on Phil, but it was only a fangirl thing, it wasn't a real crush because he didn't even know you existed. But now he did and he was even more adorable in real life. Nerves began to start building up inside of you and thoughts of doubt started poking you, what's the point? He probably forgot you. Don't waste your time. Stop kidding yourself and face reality.

You pulled out your phone and took a deep breath. You pushed aside all of the negative thoughts because you knew deep inside that you wouldn't be happy with yourself until you did this. You got more nervous as you typed every number into the phone. You held it to your ear, the phone rang.

*ring, ring* He won't remember you.

*ring, ring* Why bother? Hang up now before you get in too deep.

*ring, ring* He won't answer.

Phil answered almost immediately after the third ring. You were so relieved, you were half way there.

"Hello?" Phil answered his voice was so sweet, it melted your heart.

"Um, hi it's y/n. You probably don't remember we met at..." you said nervously before Phil cut you off.

"Y/n!" He said excitedly, "I thought I'd never hear from you! How are you?" He remembered you, he was excited to hear from you, you didn't even have to explain who you were.

You heard Dan in the background, "is that y/n, how is she?" They cared about how you were doing?They wanted to know what you were doing and how you felt. This warmed your heart and all your doubtful thoughts were destroyed at Dan and Phil's words.

"I'm fine and you?" You replied.

Phil didn't answer immediately. "Y/n are you sure your fine? Because last time you told me you were fine, you were sitting in the street, crying. So be honest with me, how are you? What have you been doing for the last three weeks."

You sighed you knew Phil wouldn't settle for fine, just like he wouldn't let you go home by yourself. You liked this about Phil, his determination to make sure you were ok. You told him honestly and exactly what you had been doing for the last three weeks and why all of a sudden you had called.

~~~~~: A time skip brought to you by the magic of Phil's words:~~~~~
You had talked to Phil for at least two hours and it was well into the evening. The last two hours were the best two hours you'd had in a long time. Phil was so sympathetic and caring. He listened to everything you had to say and never interrupted. Phil gave you the best advice he could when he could.
"Why don't come over for dinner y/n?" Phil inquired.
You looked down at yourself, you hadn't had a proper shower for weeks, you hadn't shaved and waxed either, you looked like a furry beast. There were heavy bags under your eyes and your face was stained with tears. Half a day ago you couldn't even bring yourself out of bed, let alone be going over to someone's house. You didn't feel like you could be properly ready, you needed a couple days to restart your body.
"No, I'm eating in tonight. You have fun, though." You could feel Phil's disappointment.
"Are you sure? You've been stuck inside by yourself for weeks, you need to get out." He said concern weaved through his voice, you looked at yourself again.
"Yeah, I know but I don't want to come out tonight. I promise I'll make myself a proper dinner but can we please catch up soon?" You replied, hopefully. You could feel Phil's spirits lift a little and you could imagine him making his cute little smirk.
"Of course y/n. Text me when you're free ok. And please don't just go back to bed, do some good for yourself and get some fresh air tomorrow."
"Ok, bye Phil and tell Dan I said hi."
"Will do, bye y/n."
Phil hung up the phone. You ran into your room screaming all the way, you leaped onto your bed and let out a loud, joyful sigh. You made yourself scrambled eggs and salad for dinner. You went bed at an appropriate time to get you body clock on track. As you lay in bed all you could think was:
At least I have a reason to get up in the morning.
A/n:
Sorry if this chapter was a bit shorter and boring, it will get better. (I hope!)
Well anyway hoped you liked it!
