I know I'm going to lose a lot of readers, but I don't care! If you can't take me putting country song lyrics in some parts of my story get over it. I DON'T care! I don't own these lyrics.
Chapter 5
It's just another morning, but my IPod finally arrived. I CAN ESCAPE TO MY HAPPY PLACE NOW! Especially on the bus, ugh. As a matter of fact, there is the yellow thing now. I can hear the midgets from miles away, they sound like elephants. What a great way to start my day! How fun! Walking up those treacherous steps with the first sight seeing the overweight, rats nest head, dorky looking bus drive. Such a good way to start my day. Seeing all the munchkins always falling off the seat into the isle while you walk, makes you want to throw them out the window. At least if I sit it the single seat, in the way back of the bus no one is forced to sit with me. I'm my own loner, listening to my Brad Paisley. Everyone has a problem with my music, since its so slow. Really I always think to myself, at least it makes sense and doesn't scream into my ears! I don't care what they think, if they have a problem with my music the sucks for them! As people load on the words:
You build a wall around your feelings
Just another heart afraid to break
And you don't wanna let me in cause really,
What difference can I make?
I can't change the world
Baby, that's for sure
But if you let me, girl
I can change yours
I bet I can change yours
So let Jesus look down on this madness
And let the powers that be just fuss and fight
'Cause everyone needs to pick their battles
And me I realize
That I can't change the world
Baby, that's for sure
But if you let me, girl
I can change yours
I bet I can change yours
Every single thought flashes though my head, until where back to where I started. A school where no one can take my inestimable amazingness. Since they don't know how to handle it, the jocks and cheerleaders take it out on me.
First hour went well, Dakota was always there supporting me. Surprisingly no one talked to us, and I was going to find out why. Why don't they talk to Dakota, he is smart and DEFINITELY athletic? I am going to get to the bottom of this, no matter what it takes.
During chemistry, we got assigned a partner project. Of course the only person I know at Arvada was Dakota, so we decided to work together(I don't like meeting new people). Our goal was to create a creative Borax Crystal Snowflake since winter was right around the corner. Dakota offered to do the project at his house, for the fact my family was still unpacking in our mansion(I mean it too. It might be a smudge just under it, but it was close.) It was Friday today, and the project is due on Monday, so Dakota and I made arrangements to go to his house after school to work on it.
After the last couple hours of school that seemed to go like days, Dakota's parents came to pick us up. Finally we get to leave this jail cell, and OMG WE DON'T RIDE THE BUS! Dakota pointed out a car that was at the back of a parking lot. I was speechless, It was so... so... so... so... perfect. It looked custom made, and something I would live in. That green, Ford Mustang with white decals stood there with a shine that attracts you. The leather seats, that heated were something I would dream to have!
"Hi Abby," Dakota's parents said in unison.
"Were glad to get to meet you, Dakota talks highly of you," Dakota's mom said. I could see Dakota blushing out of the corner of my eye, while a weird tingle when through my veins.
"Really?" I said back surprised.

There house was nothing you could have imagined. There was three floors, the basement, 1st and 2nd. It was made of brick, and some siding. The shutters were a nave blue that brought the house out really well. It reminded me of the country. The inside is indescribable. Marble counters, wooden stairs with a carpet in the middle, large rooms, and everything else made it so perfect!
Dakota took me up to his room, with the curiously rising in me he opened the door. After throwing his backpack on the ground, his room was huge! A walk in closet, bathroom, and walls the color of a blue tinted rose made me fall in love. Parts of the walls were splatter painted with neon colors, it looked so professionally done. "Wow" I mumbled under my breath.
"I know right. This was exactly what I'v wanted for years, and I finally got it when my family moved here."
"Now I know how I'm going to paint my room," I said in astonishment.
POV- Dakota McCain
She loves my room, I can't believe it. Everyone else I have showed it to thinks it's boring. The window with the blue shades open let the light trickle in, it shined off of Abby's hair so perfectly. I just want to run up to her, and hug her endlessly while making her mine. Soon she would find out that I'm a hypnotist, and my parents run the most successful undercover hypnotists place, Adroit, and then she would want nothing to do with me. It would be a repeated motion that happened with everyone else. "Well, lets start making some snowflakes!"
"Great idea, then we can do something while they form," Abby said while I started downstairs.
Hahahhahahahah huge twist! Dakota is a hypnotist!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is a picture of the car over on the side, in the next chapter you can see their house. Hope you are liking the story! VOTE and COMMENT ideas, maybe I will add them in the story!
