POV- Tracy Underwood
"Everyone ready? Be careful, and now break!" Dakota said.
"Really? We arn't the army, and we really have no timed schedule... Like seriously! Lets just figure out our powers and get this over with. Like seriously. The full moon is right there, lets get this over with," Damion said snotty.
"Shush," I said hitting him on the shoulder as he made a small sequel.
"What the crap! Do you have to hit me so hard! Gosh, it wasn't that big of a deal! Knock of all this hitting and shit, it hurts like a motherfucker..." Damion said back to me. How did that hurt? I just nicked him on the shoulder, really? What a baby! I stayed behind Dakota as he led us to a "secret place". That van was gone for once, so we didn't have to go far since no one was in town. They all went out for the weekend to the playoff football game, even all out parents hitched a ride together while we stayed back for no darn reason. It was really retarded of us.
"Dakota, I really don't see the point of this. Not all breads have to deal with the moon, you know that right? And they probably don't exist in the first place, like really? It's just in book!" I said to Dakota.
"You never know. Why were Parahuman Peacekeepers invented by the government if they didn't know hairy parahumans were meandering about," He replied with a confident smile.
"Indubitably," Abby said pointing to Dakota. "He has a very good point, we won't know till we make contact with the moon, and try hard enough."
"Dude! You can speak! YOU CAN SPEAK WITH BIG WORDS!" Damion said as a insult. After Abby shot a "shut up" look at him he said really slowly, "I N D U B I T A B L Y."
"I hope you die when my dream is real. I seriously hope you do. Asshole." Abby said straight back to Damion, who was really being an ass. Even Dakota turned around about to punch Damion's face into pieces. Dakota turned around and led us across the road to a fence. We jumped over the fence and walked to the middle of the field where no one would be able to see us.
Dakota started to talk, "Okay, I'v been planing this speech for a while now that we agreed on a plan. So, here I go. I'v been reading lots of mythical like books. I can't say they are complete myths, but over the last week, Parahuman Peacekeeps show up, Abby and I have the same dream, and there is a full moon. So, obviously the peacekeepers are after parahumans right?"
"Yeah," Damion said while Abby and me shook our heads as a yes.
"So, you know how Abby's been just looking at people and getting her way, and having that same dream as me? Well their is a possibility that she-"
"-I hang around you too much?"
"No, but nice try. It's that you are like me. You can hypnotize people! That's why we are out in the middle of no where so we can test this out this crazy idea(s). Just try it, look them into the eyes and try it!"
"No fucking way, I think you are on drugs Dakota. I know that you might not like to here that but... I think I'm right," Abby said back to Dakota. When I looked back at Dakota I could already tell her was trying to hypnotize her, but her had a confused look upon his face.
