Chapter 1 Game Help pt 1

Short game rundown
  Fran Bow is a click and point style horror game and is often complemented on its unique art style and game mechanics. It gained a fan base in 2012 when the teaser came out and an even larger one when it was released on computer in August 2015 on Steam, then on Android in February of 2016, and finally on IOS devises in March of 2016.
  Ihascupquake was one of the first YouTubers to play the full game, then horror gamer Markiplier, followed by Jacksepticeye. The game would take you 8-10 with a Walkthrough or having previously watching it being played on YouTube. Without a Walkthrough or having watched a game play, it would probably take you 9-13 hours to play all 7 chapters considering all of the puzzles, and challenges.

  Now for the chapter 1 breakdown.
The first time you can make choice is talking to Doctor Deern. Now to be least sassy, pick

Now at this point you should be told by Dr. Deern about Aunt Grace's gift. You will have to examine the letter, and in the letter will explained the three simple game mechanics. Combine, Use, and Examine. After this you will be told that Aunt Grace is worried. Now to not take the sass route you will pick the options

Then Dr Deern will say something about medicine. You will want to pick,

It doesn't affect the dialogue or outcome of the situation, just makes the game longer. After this, the nurse will come in and give you your medicine, after tripping out and having hallucinations of severed heads and meat raining down Fran will pass out, triggering a cut scene of Remor leaning over her comatose body and talking. The screen will then read My Sober Day.
Now all, cut scenes will be triggered at one point, and all of the correct objects, puzzles and challenges must be in place and/or completed to trigger these scenes, and by extension, finish the game. There are no "useless tasks" or "time wasters" in this game. Only places that will lead you to secrets that will help you progress.
Now when Fran wakes up, she will make multiple notes about the objects around the room. If you see a small eye pop up over a certain object, that means Fran can interact with it. An important object for Fran to interact with is the clipboard by her bed, then the curtain on the left. Fran will break the curtain, click on the hook from the curtain, which will help Fran to get her pills from the nursing station. Now you should automatically go to the left, where you will see an elderly nurse. By approaching her and clicking the eye above her, this will trigger a conversation between her and the nurse. Fran will have to tell the nurse about the broken curtain. The nurse will get up to go into Fran's room
A or B are suitable in this situation. It, again, doesn't matter. The nurse will then leave and you can go to her desk and click the box and type
8 in the first box
9 in the second
4 in the third
And 5 in the last
