Chapter 4: New Rule

Diana's P.O.V

I woke up really early as I remember what happens yesterday. After that incident we went to the Veritas City and stayed at the inn for the rest of the night.

'If Kathy is my daughter and Kathy's father is Andrew. That does mean that Andrew is my husband' I thought and suddenly blushed really hard, moving around making Laura woke up.

"What's wrong with you, Diana?" Laura said.

"Sorry about that, Laura. I can't stop thinking about what happen yesterday." I said.

"Are you starting to like Andrew?" Laura said.

"No! There's no way I would like him. I still like my first crush." Diana said.

"You mean Edward Stones. You're Elementary Crush you keep saying. You still like him since now." Laura said.

I immediately blushed when I heard his name. Edward Stones is an elementary crush but the first person that I told in High School is Andrew. Andrew is my close friend before he confessed to me his feelings. After that Laura, Karen and Alicia knew them.

Laura's P.O.V

"How is Edward anyway?" Diana asked.

"I don't know and I don't care. Why won't you move on to that guy. You like him for 6 years. So just forget about him. There's Carlo and Andrew. Andrew already confess to you while Carlo already gave you a lot of gifts and flowers." I said.

" Can you please let's not talk about crushes? Because I want to go back home. I think our parents are worried sick of us." Diana said blushing due of embarrassment.

Hays.... I know that you like Carlo and Carlo also like you too. Oh well she is a stubborn girl. So I am not going to say to her.

"Oh yeah. I been wanting to ask you something, Diana." I asked.

"What is it, Laura?" she replied.

"Isn't it weird that Kathy is an NPC?" Laura said.

"What are you talking about?" she asked.

"Before we continue our journey, I kinda scan the whole place if there are monsters roaming around found that Kathy's status is a player not an NPC. There is one: if you adopt an NPC in this world, you will get a notification of you menu watch that you have adopted an NPC." I said.

"Mama, Papa *smile* I Love You." Kathy said half asleep.

"I Love you too, honey." Diana whisper to Kathy. 

It makes me really happy and I told her to forget it. So we went back to sleep.

Andrew's P.O.V

I woke up really early in the morning thinking about Kathy. Then Alex woke up.

"Oh hey. You're awake." Alex said.

"Yeah can't stop thinking about how Kathy feels about knowing her dead parents and the fear I saw Kathy's parents die." I said.

"Forget about that. You're trying to hurt yourself. Come on. Let's hunt some monster, we're running out of gold for the supplies." Alex said.

"Sure let's go." Carlo said making us jump on our seat.

"Dude, stop scaring us like that." Alex said.

So we went out to hunt for parts of the monster to get gold. When we went out of the inn an alarm goes of coming from our watch. So went inside thinking if we do something at the inn but all the players to have the noisy alarm.
