Chapter 1-No one to save

  Screaming.

  It's all that comes out of my mouth. The screams only come out when they poke needles and take samples of me. Other than that I'm as silent as a mouse.

  Since I was 5 years old my family threw me out of the house. There was only a small window of freedom for me until HYDRA came and kidnapped me and brought me to one of their many bases.

  They wanted to make an army of hybrids or enchants. They got 15 volunteers, but including myself it was 16 people in total. I never wanted to even be part of the experiment but they forced me into doing so.

  The first part was tests. Making sure everyone was health and fit. Once that was over it came straight to the experimenting part.

  Each person was put into different chambers or as I called it, cells. In each cell there were air vents. The air vents would turn on and this blue gas would come out of it. Some of the volunteers died during the blue gas, that left only 12 people left, including myself.

  The next step was to do tests again and do some physical and mental work. For a month nothing happened but when it came to a new month, that's when people either lived or died. I was one of the lucky ones and lived. That left only 7 people, including myself.

  For the next few weeks it was the same: wake up, eat (which was one small piece of meat and half a cup of water), taken to do some training, (which I was also forced to do), and then go to the labs.

  No more than five weeks and everyone was dead, all but me. That's when my powers came in and that's when HYDRA forces me into combat training and took samples of my blood.

  They trained me into using my powers when combating and hand- to- hand combat. I was special and it wasn't just for the many powers I had but I could also ShapeShift into a grey leopard that had wings. They trained me into doing all sorts of things until finally I broke.

  I broke because they trained me so that if someone picked a fight with me I would kill them, I became into a monster that would become into this top assassin. They broke me because when I disobeyed they would beat me and use tasters. It came to the point where I did what was told without complaining or without resistance.

  At night I always told myself that the day I'm free, the day I can run in the grass without worrying. That would be the day that HYDRA kills me.
