Sheba's POV
My head hurts, I whined while sitting up in bed. Squinting my eyes I find the curtains slightly open letting a bit of sunshine into me room. Ah! Too much sun! It burns! I grabbed a pillow to cover my face from the bright light of the sun.

After 5 minutes of trying to sleep once more I groaned once before getting my lazy bum out of bed and into the bathroom to get ready for the day coming.

Taking a quick shower I brushed my teeth, red hair, and white wings before putting on some jeans, t-shit, vans, and tying my red wet hair into a ponytail.

Walking out of my room and into the kitchen where I made some eggs with toast on the side. I sat on the still looking out the window wall while munching on my toast.

At this very moment my life felt peaceful and relax. No, perfect. But even if most of my 22 years old my life was spent in a cell I knew all too well that things that are perfect never last. Maybe that's why when the elevator door opens with lots of footsteps following it I knew that it had to involve the Avengers.

In walked the Avengers and Fantastic 4. Why'd they stay?Wanting to have fun I immediately used my Mind powers and Mind Stone to change my appearance to make it seem like I have galaxy eyes and the black electric blue tipped wings.

"I though you said that Sheba was coming back today." Steve said and I raised an eyebrow at him.

"Hey Shadow what do I say?" I could feel her coming into my mind.

"Say that you never said when you'd come back." I smiled on the inside but in reality I gave them no emotions.

"I never said when she'd come back. Only that she would come back today." Steve's blue eyes looked at me for a sec.

"Whatever," Tony said butting in. "Just don't do anything stupid or break anything." He gave me a cold stare.

When both teams started to turn around I released the illusion. "Jeez guys, I knew you hated Shadow but I never knew how much." Both teams look back at me.

"What just happened?" Johnny asked and he wasn't the only one confused.

"Well I played a little trick on you guys. I wanted to see how you guys treated Shadow and must I say that was a bit harsh. Even for you Rogers." He starched the back of his neck while the others stayed silent.

"What'd you see in the future?" Reed asked, I could tell he was trying to break the awkward silence.

But his question took me some time to really sink in. He had asked me what was in store for the future. I saw many things, a few heroes, and myself. But if there's one thing that Shadow told me it's that I can't ever reveal the future.

  "Secret." Was my response.

"What do you mean by 'secret'?" The redhead assassin asked me.

"You've all seen movies right?" All of them nodded their heads. "Then you all should know that if I were to tell the future then I would be jeopardizing the whole future right? And that whatever was supposed to happen and you were able to dodge it would always find a way to get to you. Example: You dodged your death but later in death will get you."

"So you're not going to spill?" Bruce asked and I shook my head.

"But I can tell you good things do happen." That was somewhat of a lie. Something in that future doesn't end so well.

"Ok." Sue said clapping her hands to get everyone's attention. "Now that your back we should get back to the Baxter Building." She and the other Fantastic 4 hugged me and bid me farewell. Johnny hugged me longer and had kissed the top of my head before disappearing into the elevator.
