Sheba's POV
3 hours. That's how long it took before Thor had found a bottle with a small portion of blue liquid inside. I held it in my hand thinking back for this small bottle was so familiar that it wasn't even funny.

Natasha was taking us all the Avengers Tower to analyze the strange liquid. All conversation and people around me had melted away and all my attention was on the bottle. The more I started at the liquid the more it felt like an invisible wall was cracking.

Then it clicked. My first memory: "This will save you." I looked at her confused and she giggle a bit. "Drink this and everything you knew will be forgotten." She handed me the bottle but I pushed it back.

"I know what this is." I said abruptly. All conversation had stopped, Bruce's and Tony's conversations stopped and they faced me. "I remember the meaning of this bottle. I had a real memory."

Someone grabbed my shoulder and I faced Steve. "What do you remember?" He said seriously.

"I...I don't know it was a small memory. I was on the floor, in space and this alien was in front of me. She handed me the bottle saying that it will save me but I was confused and she said that it would make me forget."

Tony came closer to me. "Your saying that you erased your own memory?"I shook my head.

"Not erased. A person can't simply forget a memory, it can only be pushed back to where the person doesn't remember the memory. If the memory were erased then the memory would never be brought back. For example if my memory was erased then I wouldn't feel like I'd remember you."

"Ok," Bruce said slowly while walking towards me as well. "If you really did that liquid then there must have been a reason behind it."

"I agree with Brucie not this one." Tony pointed out with his hands across his chest. "If you really did drink that blue stuff then there must be a way to revise it and a reason behind it." I started to think of reasons and tried to break the wall between my mind and memories.

"Hey," Steve said holding my right shoulder gently. "It's going to be fine. We'll figure this out. We always do." His words were reassuring and soft, it lifted some stress off my shoulders.

"And if that doesn't work we could always do this," Tony reached forward and stated to scratch behind my ear. A purring down escaped my throat and even when I tired to push it down it would always resurface.

I swatted his hand away from my ear and there was this tingling feeling left on my throat. Before I could say something back to him the hanger door opened and all six of us left the jet and entered the huge building.

Inside was all new and fancy. It was amazing on how Tony could make this place so fancy yet be so arrogant all at once. From behind me Tony chuckled and walked up to me, he placed his hand on my shoulder and it felt natural.

"That was your face when you first came here." I looked at him wide eyed.

"I've been here before?!" He nods his head.

Tony leaned to my ear. "You even live here." He pulled away just on time because a loud squeal escaped. The others came in here running. Steve with his shield up, Natasha with her gun, Clint with his bow and arrow ready, and Thor int his hammer raised.

"What happened?" Steve said in full Captain America mode. "We heard a scream."

"Didd you guys know I lived here?!" I sounded so much like a 17 year old when I'm really 22.

"That's why she squealed. Sorry for the false alarm but at least you guys were prepared." Tony pointed out and the others just left the living room.
