Chapter 2-Search and Rescue

3rd Person POV
Fury had called on the Avengers to a meeting about a HYDRA base near the outskirts of New York.

Tony Stark and Steve Rogers where to first to arrive on the Helicarrier. Clint and Natasha arrived second and then came Thor and Dr.Banner.

All of them waited for Fury to arrive and tell them for what lead he had on the HYDRA base.

Finally Fury arrives with a folder. He throws the folder to Steve and he looks over it. Once finished Steve hands it down to Tony and soon everyone has had information.

"As you can see we have a lead on a HYDRA base near the outskirts of New York. There's not much but we have gotten information that there is a deadly weapon in their possession. I want all of you to go in there, grab the weapon, destroy the base and come back with and only with the weapon." Furry clicked a button and there it showed was a old run down warehouse that was the HYDRA base.

They all looked at the picture and with Fury's words they left to suit up and meet at the Quinjet.

In 10 minutes everyone was in the air and flying to the HYDRA base. Black Widow was flying with Captain America at her side. Hawkeye and Dr.Banner in the back waiting. Thor and Ironman outside flying thought the air.

"Ok Avengers here's what we're going to do," Said Cap through everyone's coms."Tony and Thor, I want you guys to go up ahead to the base. Thor check the surrounding and Tony make a quick scan of the building to see if there's more floors underground. I what you guys to stay hidden and not to get caught. Repot back and tell us what you got." The minute Cap had finished saying that Ironman and Thor where up ahead taking a quick look.

The HYDRA base was just like the picture they saw back at the Helicarrier. Thor flew up and was checking all around to see any entrances and exits. Meanwhile Ironman told JARVIS to take a quick scan of the building and see if there's anything under ground.

"Sir," JARVIS said to Ironman once he was finished with the scans. "There seems to be three levels underground. At the very bottom there's a room but it's blocked off so I can't scan it."

"Good job JARVIS." Ironman was already flying back to where everyone else was and so was Thor.

"Any time sir." JARVIS ended with his British accent.

Black Widow had parked the Quinjet near the HYDRA base and so everyone was waiting outside for information on the base. Ironman and Thor got to the rest of the team at the same time. Cap was the first to speak.

"Thor what did you see?"

"There was only one entrance and exit." Thor's voice was loud but not loud enough for HYDRA to hear them.

"Tony?" All eyes went to Ironman.

"JARVIS made a quick scan and it seems like there are three more floors under ground. At the very bottom was this room that couldn't be scanned."

"That must be the room with the weapon. Ok Avengers time for a plan." With that they all started to plan on how to get the weapon.

Sheba'a POV
Everyday is the same thing.HYDRA agents wake me up, then breakfast, training with powers and then without powers, the lab experiments, then being taken back to my cell to sleep and do the same thing again the next day.

Today I was being taken to the lab which wasn't far from my cell. Every time I go in the lab, HYDRA agents strap me into a chair. After that scientists would stick needle and such things into me. They would always put this one needle in me that would make me half conscious. I would see things but then sleep for a bit and then wake up once again.
