Chapter 4-Back Storys and Power Showing

Sheba's POV
  Being inside of Dr.Banners lab scared the life out of me. My history with labs have been full of screams of pain. It doesn't matter if Steve is next to me, I'm still a little jumpy.

  "Ok I'm just got to need to take a blood sample from you." Dr.Banner informed me. The second he said blood sample I knew he was going to use a needle, I was on my bare feet in the corner. Both Steve and Dr.Banner were looking at me, Steve looked more worried while Dr.Banner looked confused.

  "In the HYDRA base they stuck needles in my arm all day and most of those needles where painful. Lets just say me and needles don't have a great history." Steve turned back to Dr.Banner and told him what I told Steve.

  Dr.Banner looks at me with pity and then he nods his head so that I would go back to the table. Slowly I made my way back and sat down with Steve next to me.

  Dr.Banner looked at me. "I'm sorry for what they did to you at that HYDRA base but I need those blood samples to know." An idea came to mind, one thing about being a Hybrid is that I could grow my nails so that get were claws like my leopard.

  Dr.Banner and Steve both looked at me in shock but what made them freak out was when I cut myself and started to bleed. Guessing that Dr.Banner knew what to do because he grabbed a cup and it started to fill with my blood until I self healed. 

  "Thank you Sheba." He smiled and I smiled back at him.

  "Your welcome." That made him surprised because he jumps a bit and looks at me.

  "Did you just talk?" The blood sample was being looked at but Dr.Banner came closer to me. 

  "I talked telepathically. You and Steve are the only ones I trust, no one else can hear but you two."

  "That is amazing.I mean wow, that's just an amazing power.What else can you do?" I understand that Dr.Banner is curious and all but I didn't want to show my powers too soon. Not until I know that I can trust them all.

  "I'm sorry Doctor but until I can trust everyone there will be no power showing."

  "It's fine, I completely understand." He gave another warm smile that made me smile as well.

  There was a ding sound that made me jump. Steve rubbed my shoulder and smiled at me. The dinging noise was that the blood samples where already tested.

  "Incredible." It was all that was heard from Dr.Banner. All three of us looked at my blood samples. It was incredible, there were leopard DNA mixed with my own. There were more things in my blood but I didn't understand them all.

  Suddenly the door swings open, making me jump. Coming inside the lab is a man with a goatee. I knew from the way he looked, I would hate him.

  "Well if it isn't miss dangerous." He walked towards me but with each step he took, I took one back.

  "Tony lay off." So the man with the goatee was named Tony.

  "Ah come on. I'm just trying to lighten the mood with her not talking and all."

  "Actually she can talk but she only does it to those that she trusts." Steve said as-a-matter-of-fact way.

  "Oh well then." He took his hand out and I took it and we shook hands. "Hello I'm Tony Stark a.k.a Ironman. Billionaire and supper famous. Nice to meet you." He flashed a smile which I didn't like all to much.

  "Was he the robot?" Both Steve and Dr.Banner nod their heads. Tony looked around confused.

  "Wait did she say something about me?" Both men just said yes and Tony kept asking what I had said but neither said a thing.
