Honey and 5 spice chicken

Ingredients:

¼ tsp 5 spice powder

¼ cup oyster sauce

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp rice wine vinegar

2 cloves garlic,crushed

1 med red onion (sliced thickly)

2 red chillies

2 cm ginger cut into matches

500g pechay

1 bundle of cilantro

1 kg chicken breast

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp crushed peanuts

Procedure:

1. Combine the 5 spice, sauce, honey, vinegar and garlic in a small bowl

2. Combine chicken with 1 tbsp of the mixture or you can marinate it.

3. Heat oil, stirfry the chicken, add the remaining sauce from the margination

4. Add the pechay, bring to boil

5. Serve, top with cilantro amd peanuts
