Nicole went to the hospital the next day like she told the doctor she would. They did the usual routine: checked her blood, checked her heart beat, and all the other stuff you could think of that had to do with a heart. "Nicole... I'm so sorry, but you only have two weeks left." Nicole gasp, she shouldn't have been shocked they had been telling her this day would come for months, but now that the time was here it was different. She didn't know what to think, who to tell, or how to feel. "This can't be right! You've always helped me to live a little longer before, please help me now. I CAN'T DIE." Nicole started to cry "I'm sorry Nicole, there's nothing more we can do, we've tried everything, your disease is just too strong now." Said the doctor, he hated this for Nicole, they had grown so close since she was first diagnosed, he was like a father to her, he couldn't bare to let her go.
