Why is it so hard?... (One direction fan fiction)

chapter 1: the day has finally come!

(if your just starting this then carry on but Holly has been changed to Lily as i couldnt do a ship name) enjoy.

"bye mum I'm going to meet Lou today remember? ill be back about 12 maybe 1 and Lou said she will drop me home but ill phone you during the day." i shouted as i run out of the door so i wouldn't be stuck talking to her for any longer than i needed to. 

I'm so excited finally I'm getting to do work experience, but i get to do it with my favourite cousin, who also works with one direction my favourite band of all time!!! Not that Lou knows that or she wouldn't let me work with her. she would say its "unprofessional" but come on who wouldn't fan girl a little bit over one direction i mean can you blame me?

as i step off the train i check my phone to see if i have any messages from anyone as i had been underground on the train. Not to my surprise i did have one from Lou it was a voice mail.

"hey cuz just checking to make sure your still meeting me at the O2 today for your work experience? Paul will be waiting outside for you see you later" 

still cant believe this is all happening! 

as i walked towards the O2 arena i heard a deep Irish voice call my name. "Lily, where you going you can only get in this way?" little did i know i was in such a day dream thinking abut the day ahead i walked straight pass the stage door i was walking towards the car park.

"yeah i knew i had gone the wrong way i was er... just testing you, yeah that's its to see if you new who i was"i tried to cover up coolly but, failing epicly and blushing badly at the same time. cant help it but what ever situation I'm in a blush terribly at its so embarrassing.

"yeah course you were. hi I'm Paul, Lou's told me lots about you ill be taking you in. here's your backstage pass you need to keep it on all the time or they might not let you backstage. i hope your ready cause there's 5 crazy boys waiting to see you?"

i didn't know what to say so i just smiled and followed him inside.

once we were inside it was just corridor after corridor with rooms coming off them. each with different labels on them; wardrobe, Lights, sound, musicians, crew, personal trainer room, Games room, lunch hall. but then we came to THE room that every teen girl dreams to see. ONE DIRECTIONS dressing room. 

from outside the room i could hear 5 over active boys screaming and shouting, i could hear Lou as well which was a big relief i don't think i could of walked in there not knowing if she was in there or not.

as the double door swung open i held my breath. hundreds of thought were racing though my head all at once. will they be nice? what if they don't like me? maybe they'll think I'm not good enough to be here? all of the doubts i had were too late it was actually happening. before i knew it Paul had pushed me in first. the room went silent and 5 faces were staring at me not saying a word. what have i got myself into?

this is my first chapter and im going to try and write one every couple of days :) please comment if you like it or not even if you just comment with a smilely face :) i only started writing it today thankssssss :)
