Chapter 4: car journeys

"Thank you for coming to the show we really appreciate your support and keep on being the amazing fans you are" Niall says to all the screaming girls that are in the arena.

"Come on, we need to get out before all the girls start following us" Lou tells me as were nearly jogging back to back stage.

"Everyone ready?" Paul shouts as he is about to open the door to the outside world that I hadn't seen all day. Harry was standing one side of me and zayn the other. "There's going to be loads of paparazzi out there just keep your head down and don't answer any questions" Harry tells me I just nod and grab on to his hand. He looks at our hand and then back at me and smiles.

Harry's P.O.V

I looked at our hands then back at her I could tell she was scared. I could feel her shaking. I nodded to paul and he opened the doors. I was right there was loads of paparazzi and fans all screaming. I held on to her hand tight so she would get lost or eaten up by all the parapazzi that were throwing questions at us. Who's this harry? Is this your new girlfriend? Isn't she a bit young for you? Where you going? How did you meet? Does management know about you two? I ignored all the question and carried on walking, pulling Lily along at the same time. I looked back to see her she looked scared. I nodded to zayn to indicate to him to take her other hand. And he did. We both pulled her along and straight into a van that was waiting for us.

I got in first then Lily then zayn. Louis liam and Niall sat opposite us. Lou in the front and paul driving.

"I thought we were going to say on the buses tonight?" I shout to paul in the front.

"Change of plan there too many of us so were staying at a hotel about an hour away." Paul tells us.

I put my hand on Lily's leg to let her know I was there for her and to say she's mine. But she's not and I wish she was so much. she hasn't said anything since we got in the car and it's abit of a worry. I could still feel her shaking. "It's okay" I whisper to her. She snaps out of her thought and says to me " you deal with that every day?" "Yep but that was quiet bad tonight it's not normally not that bad it must be because your with us" I tell her. She nods and leans her head on zayns shoulder.

Whys she leaning on zayns shoulder she should be leaning on mine. I'm can't say anything but just sit still. But I'm pretty pissed off.

Zayns P.O.V

Harry's put his hand on her leg. What's he doing does he think he owns her or something. Please.

I could tell she was scared when we came out and I could tell harry was worried so I grabbed her other hand and we both pulled her to the car.

Wait what when did she lean on my shoulder? when did this happened? was I really day dreaming that much that I missed that happenening? She looking up at me to make sure it was okay for her to be laying on my shoulder. I smiled back her as if to say yes. With that I felt her take a deep breath and relax.

Lily's P.O.V

once he smiled I knew it was okay I let out a deep breath as if a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I just sat there just taking in everything that had happened today. I saw Lou turn around and smile at me I smiled back and slowly drifted off to sleep.

I woke up to the sound of zayns voice. "Babe were here at the hotel there quiet a bit of paparazzi, sorry" I was still half asleep but I gave him a half hearted smile. All the the boys were talking between themselves harry was on his phone I smiled at him but he gave he a half smile back. That's weird whys he being so off? Maybe it's just me being paranoid. "Here put my hoodie on and pull the hood up then the can't see your face as much" zayn hands me his hoodie I do as he says and grab his hand. "Don't leave me" I tell him "of course I won't" and with that zayn grabbed my hand and pulls me out the car. He was right there was loads of paps waiting but I couldn't see as much this time I just looked at the floor and zayn pulled me along. I felt someone come behind me and push me along as well when I looked it was harry he smile and carried on walking. Once we were in the hotel reception area we all got given out keys by paul who was already checking us all in.

"Right we have a whole floor to ourselves. Lou and Lily are sharing a room. All you boys are sharing a room. I'm in one on my own okay. And I don't want any room swapping." He looks between me and the boys I smirk and look at the ground.

"What's that's meant to mean!?" Louis shouts out which makes us all laugh.

"you know what I'm mean louis now come on it's late and you have another show tomorrow" with that we all went up to our rooms.
