~(Y/n)'s POV~
In all honesty I thought these idiots would have the restraint and maturity to let me leave, given their reputations. But as I looked at them I realized they weren't as brutal as they portrayed themselves to be. They still held onto their emotions and humanity, even if they only showed them in brief and rare moments they were still there.
I stood my ground as I looked at them a slight breeze blowing my (h/l) (h/c) into my eyes, running my fingers through it I turned around and continued my way to the stables. My mind kept racing with panic and emotions.
Get out. Get out. Get out.
I felt like a caged animal and I sped my pace up, hearing footsteps, I had to get out, I would die here, I would get others killed.
~Erwin's POV~
She turned around after her bored (e/c) eyes raked over us. I felt embarrassed really, my restraint was non existent and my reputation ruined and was Levi's as we had sprinted through the canteen after her. Eyes had been trained on us the whole way. But I felt like I couldn't let this one go, it was selfish, she could be killed. But she was just too interesting and important to let go, she could be an asset to the entire scouting legion. Her skills were either as or more advanced than Levi, she was important.
~Levi's POV~
We continued after (y/n) as she fastened her pace to the stables, she felt trapped in this moment, I knew she didn't expect us to show. And frankly I didn't expect myself to chase after her, but I couldn't let her go, she made me feel. She made it bearable, the weight I was carrying I couldn't let her go. I couldn't loose her. I grabbed her arm before she mounted the chestnut stallion, her foot had been in the stirrup as I had pulled her back, making her stumble into my chest. Instinctively I wrapped my other arm around her waist balancing her. She stiffened, to the point where it was like a wild animal cornered. As she ripped out of my grasp she whipped around I saw an emotion in her eyes that I know too well, and it made me wonder just what had happened while I was gone?
