*Heaven's POV*
I snapped awake.
I was laying on the ground next to a pond.
"Where am I?"
I looked over not surprised to see the vampire head councilmen.
"Look up" he said
I looked up and gasped.
I know it was coming but when it happened I wasn't expecting it.
The blood moon.
"You're going to kill me" I spat
"Not yet, you must die at the opportune moment. For now, rise and tell me something"
I stood up. "What?!" I growled
"Do you love your sister?"
"What kind of stupid idiot kind of question is that?!" I yelled "of course I love my sister!"
"That's all I needed to know"
I heard a car pull up, a door open and then slam shut.
Nevaeh started sprinting towards me.
I grinned until I saw him draw an arrow aimed at her.
"No!" I screamed

*Nevaeh's POV*
I jumped out of the car and slammed the door behind me running at top speed to reach her.
I heard her screaming and telling me to stop as she ran over "no! Stop!!" She cried
I ran up to give her a hug but instead she shoved me to the ground.
I got dirt all over my face.
Confused I looked up.
The arrow struck her in the heart.
She looked confused that she was actually dying.
She staggered backwards and fell into the pond.
"No!! How could this happen! Her last moments are because of me! It should have been me!" I screamed standing up and swinging my sword at the man.
"You killed her! Your to blame! You'll pay for this! Bring her back! Bring her back!!" I screamed sobbingHe flung the sword aside and grabbed my wrists so I couldn't move. "This had to happen. It was her destiny. Her death will bring peace to the land soon enough"
"I didn't even get to say good bye" I dropped to the ground
"She still has a sliver of life."
I ran over to the pond and mouthed "good bye" I reached a hand out to her.
I saw her eyes close as she hit the bottom of the pond.
I cried.
I cried for hours.
By the time I finally stood, it was sunrise.
She was gone.
She was really gone.
Now I'm alone.
