Harry-
You’ve been pregnant for 6 months now…the doctor told you he was almost certain that the baby was going to be a girl. Harry had already decorated her room, putting wood letters up on the wall to spell Darcy…he was even more excited than you were. He was beyond ready to start a family with you, and it was finally happening.
“Harry..somethings wrong…she hasn’t kicked or moved in 2 days…I feel empty…”
“Lets call the doctor, im sure shes okay babe, Darcy is a healthy baby…nothings wrong…”
“okay…just hurry…im really worried”
*At the Doctors*
“Well…y/n…i-i-i don’t know how to say this…but you’ve had a miscarriage…”
Harry walked out of the room…you just sat there unable to comprehend what the doctor had told you.
After 6 months of carrying a gorgeous baby…she just…gave up.
You quickly walked out of the doctors room to find Harry sitting with his head supported in the palms of his hands, he had obviously been crying.
“I-i-im sorry Harry…I don’t know why this happened…I thought..”
“Y/n, its not your fault…maybe god needed her in heaven, maybe it was his way of saying we weren’t ready…”
You both went home and laid in bed together…two weeks after you heard the news, you went into Darcy’s nursery and took everything down…except her dresser, where you put her ultrasound photos in a picture frame and dedicated it to her.
Louis-
“Baby, can you believe it?! My own son is in your belly and he’ll be here in 4 months!”
Louis wrapped his arms around you, he seemed extremely supportive of the fact that you were going to have a kid together.
“Its amazing babe, I cant wait to hold him, I hope he’ll be just like his father”
“I want a girl…and I want her to be just like you Y/N, you ready to go see how my little boys doing?”
“YES!”
Today was the first day you’ll be able to hear your sons heart beat clearly, last doctors appointment the doctor said his heart was still weak and the heart beat wasn’t clear enough to hear.
You both quickly got in the car, exited to see your son more clearly, and hear the rhythm of his life.
*Doctors office*
“Um…im not sure why but we cant seem to hear the heartbeat…let me get the doctor”
You looked at Louis nervously…
“Baby, its okay…my boy is a warrior…maybe the nurse just made a mistake…”
The doctor walked in and quickly took over the ultrasound session.
“Well…Y/N, Louis…it seems like he doesn’t have a heart beat present…meaning…that you’ve had a miscarriage.”
You began crying.
“Doctor…are you sure…hes a fighter..hes my little champ…hes my little Louis! Ive taken precautions ive been gentle…h-he-he cant be gone!”
“im really sorry Y/N…miscarriages are hard…if you need counciling…we can help…”
“I just cant believe he’s gone”
Louis wrapped his arms around you, like he always does to comfort you.
