Checo spent most of the next week between Force India HQ and training for the Monaco GP, one of his home races. Meanwhile, Sara returned to their home in Monaco, where her daughter stayed with the nanny to go to school. The week went by fast for Sara, between taking care of her kid, editing pictures, housekeeping and other things. Finally, it was Saturday evening when Checo arrived home.
-"Daddy, you are back!"- exclaimed an extremely happy Angie.
-"Hey, I'm back, lil monkey"- Checo said, taking the girl up to hug her.
-"Missed you"- she said
-"Hi hun, missed you too"- Sara said to Checo.
Behind Checo, there were his parents, who met his son at the airport. They're visiting for the Monaco GP.
-"Grandad, grandma!"- Angie screamed and went to hug Checo's parents.
-"Hi, my lil girl"- said Checo's mom.
-"It's great to have you here"- Sara said, greeting them.
The following days, Sara, Angie and Checo's parents went to the beach and to walk around Monaco. It was Wednesday and Checo had a surprise for Sara and Angie.
-"¡Mamá, papá!"- Sara said happily after discovering the surprise Checo had for them.
-"Surprise!"- both her parents greeted and hugged them.
-"Didn't expect you to come. Weren't you supposed to be these days with my sister?"- Sara said, still surprised.
-"Checo invited us to the race, plus we wanted to congratulate you"- her mom said.
-"Congratulate me for what?"- Sara asked
-"For becoming soon in an aunt for the second time"- her dad answered quickly, nervously. Now Sara was wondering why her parents were acting weird.
Later, that night...
-"Thanks hun for inviting my parents here"- Sara said to Checo, hugging him.
-"You're welcome, hun"- he said, kissing her.
The next day, the first practices started. Rosberg dominated both sessions while Checo ended third in the first one and second in the other, despite some small technical problems he had in the first part of the evening session. Friday was a free day so Checo spent the morning and part of the evening with his family before attending some PR events for the rest of the day and closing his duties attending the Amber Lounge Fashion Show as he was modelling.
