Chapter 4: Can't stop thinking about you

Sara kept her entertained with a photoshoot with Rosberg and Hamilton on Monday after the race. Rosberg arrived early, so she started with him before her mates interviewed both drivers.

"Hola Nico, how are you?"- Sara said to the German.

"Hola, I'm fine, hope you too."- The German said back. They exchanged some words, then she explained him what he had to do. Nico quickly has his model mode on.

"Great, Nico! Give me a fierce look, keep it natural."- Sara instructed Nico, after 10 minutes taking pictures. Nico was giving her exactly what she wanted. "Hey, you're a natural model. You should model more."- She said to him, he blushed.

"Haha thanks, but no way I do that."- Nico said, laughing. The session was over so he went to take a break while Hamilton started with his shots.

"Good, Lewis! Give me a sweet look... Perfect! Now, let's change to a wild one....perfect again!!"- Sara said to Hamilton, ending the photoshoot with him 12 minutes later.

"Can we keep going for a couple of shots, if you don't mind? I'd like to get some for my page."- The Britton said. Sara nodded and took her camera again, taking a couple of shots more.

The individual session was over, she took a small break and started to take some shots of the interview. They're done almost 2 hours later. She went to eat with her mates and then she went back to the hotel to edit and send the material she got that day. It passed midnight when she finished and called it a day.

Checo and Sara were in Malaysia, walking to the hotel after taking dinner to celebrate his GP win.... He accompanied her to her room, and when they we're saying good night, they stared watching each other, getting their faces closer, then their lips...

"Oh, damn alarm!"- Sara said. She was in the middle of a fantastic dream when her alarm clock woke her up. She had to take a plane back home.

A couple of days later...

While Sara was packing her bags for the next race, she received a text message.

Hola, would you like to take dinner with me and my guys in China next week?

Checo

Hola, thanks for the invite. is it fine if I take my parents? See you

Sara

No problem. See you soon :)

Checo

"Is that a date? No way, his trainer is going for sure, and I'm taking my parents and daughter..." - Sara was thinking before her eyes started to close slowly.

In Shangai, a couple of days later...

"Hola Checo, Xavi. How are you?"- Sara said to the Mexican and Spanish, who were waiting for her at the entrance of a restaurant in downtown Shangai.

"Hola, we're fine. We missed you but more, we missed the lil one." - Checo said, giving a kiss on the cheek to Sara and approaching to Angie.

"By the way, Checo and Xavi, these are my parents Arturo and María. Mom, dad, I introduce you my friends Checo and Xavi."- Sara introduced her parents to her friends.

Everyone enjoyed a delicious dinner while talking.

"And when are you two getting married?"- Sara's mom asked happily. Suddenly, the table went in silence. Checo's face turned red as a tomato and Sara, who was drinking water, almost dropped the glass and turned red as a tomato too..

"Mom, are you serious?!! We're not dating"- Sara said to her mom. "Well, seems it's time to go. Angie is falling asleep and Checo needs to sleep, he has a busy day tomorrow."

"Thanks for coming, have a good night." Checo and Xavi said.

Checo, sorry about what mom said. Explain you later. ok?" Sara said embarrassed.

"Don't worry, I've been told more embarrassing things." And with that the driver and photographer said goodbye.

The next day, after track walk...

"Hey, Checo!. I would like to show you some pics from the morning. Can I come in?- the photographer said knocking the door of Checo's motorhome.

"Sure, come in"- He greeted her.

She entered and took her laptop off her bag. They took seat in the coach and started to review the material.

"Sorry for last night's. Mom wants me to have a family for my girl. Sometimes she is desperate to find me the perfect man."- Sara said to Checo.

"Don't be. I guess she only wants the best for you.". Checo said when his phone rang. He took the call in his room. A few minutes later, he came back.

"Damn, forgot that my girlfriend was arriving today. Now she's furious at me but she's right to be."- He said with a sad face.

"I'm sorry for you. Now, you should go for her."- Sara said almost demanding him to do what she said.

"Oh no, don't worry. She took a cab and she's on her way to the hotel. Better we hurry or she'll call me demanding me to go to the hotel."- the driver said with a better face.

After a few minutes reviewing the photos, Checo stared at Sara's face, he stayed in silence for a moment.

"What is that face for? Are the pictures not of your like?"- Sara said worried.

"Sorry, I'm speachless. I love them. I'm going to choose most of them."- he answered back.He gave her a big smiles and again both of them stared watching each other in silence. And like if their faces were magnets, they started to get closer. Their lips were millimetres of touching, when they heard a knock in the door and a female voice.

"Checo, are you here?"- it was Andy, Checo's girlfriend. Suddenly, Checo and Sara separated. Sara took her laptop while Checo went to open the door. She found a frustrated Andy in the other side, with her bags.

"Hi, weren't you supposed to be go to the hotel?"- Checo said surprised.

"Hi hun. I decided to come here first to say hi and check if everything is in order."- she said back, watching Sara, who was going out of the place in silence. "What was she doing here?!"- she asked upset.

"Don't be jealous, she was showing me some material I asked her."

"And that's why you never answered my calls earlier! You're spending much time with her instead with me. I'm your girlfriend, not that s..."- she shouted but was interrupted by his boyfriend.

"Please, calm down. She's only a friend."- Checo repeated to her once again. Andy stayed in silence, waited a couple of minutes and grabbed her belongs.

"Fine, I'm going to leave you with her and your other conquers. I have better things to do."- Then, Andy opened the door and went downstairs.

"Where are you going'"- Checo asked calmly.

"You know where"- she said back.

That night, both Checo and Sara dreamt with each other and what could've been a magic moment if they weren't interrupted by the freak girlfriend. At this point, it was obvious for both that they had feelings for each other, but Sara wasn't still sure if something was possible with him.
