The season was over, Vettel surprised everyone by taking the win for the last race, with Checo second. Sara, Sergio and Angie spent a quiet Christmas, relaxing a lil bit before the wedding. It was a sunny and warm New Year's eve day in Puerto Vallarta. Sara was in the hotel room getting ready.
-"Mami, I'm ready!"- Angie said excited, modelling her dress to her mom and grandma. The girl was wearing a gold sequined tea-length dress with shirred ivory tulle overlaid waistband and a skirt.
-"You look so gorgeous, my princess"- Sara said to her daughter, taking a look at her outfit and hair. After the small break, the makeup artist continued applying some touches of colour to her skin. Later, it was time to put her dress on. She entered the restroom with her mom and mother-in-law. Minutes later, they were out.
-"OMG Sara, you look stunning!"- Paola and the other bridesmaids, Ana, Luisa, Sandra, Victoria and Karen, cooed, shedding tears of emotion when the bride walked out of the restroom. Sara blushed, as she walked out of the room. She was wearing a dress with a corset in transparency, decorated with swarovski a blinged-out corset on a dramatic ball skirt. Her hair was collected and had a very subtle makeup, with well-defined eyes and eyelashes.
Meanwhile, in another room
-"Cheers for the groom!"- Antonio cheered, holding up his bottle of beer and toasting with his brother
-"And future co driver of my sis!"- said Dan, Sara's brother. All the men laughed, including Checo
-"Thanks guys"- Checo said, cheering and taking a sip to his beer. Then, a knock on the door interrupted the celebration. One of the guys opened the door.
-"Daddy!"- Angie entered the room to greet her dad. She was followed by Marilu.
-"Hey, you should be getting ready with your mom"- he said to the girl
-"I just wanted to give you this"- she said, giving him a big hug. He smiled
-"Thanks, princess"- he said, giving her another hug and kiss. They said goodbye and continued preparing for the wedding.
A couple of hours later, in the church, the nuptial court started to walk through the hall as some violins played a melody. Sergio walked alongside his mom, who was wearing a coral long dress. The groom was suited in a black Hugo Boss outfit. Then, the maids and grooms of honor walked, followed moments later by the flower girls, that were Angie and the 3 year old daughter of her best friend, Ana. And then, the bride made her entrance with her father by her arm. They arrived to the aisle, her dad gave his daughter a soft kiss on her cheek and walked to his seat.
-"OMG, you look stunning"- Checo said to Sara to her ear. She blushed.
-"You too"- she said. After their small greeting, the ceremony started.
