Could you hear it?
Each whispers amidst the darkness.
Pleading and wishing to be heard.
And yet, we appeared oblivious and deaf.
Could you imagine that?
The laughter of one's heart,
Influence each living soul around.
And yet, they still couldn't help but wonder.
Could you bear that?
Those silent screams of pain and anxiety.
No one really cares to stop and listen.
And yet, it gave them self-doubts.
Could you even avoid that?
The sharpness and power of one's tongue,
Could actually ruin the core of a weak soul.
And yet, you still dare to walk in through that forbidden door.
Could you share that?
The stillness and calmness of your being,
Which brings joy to my soul.
And yet again, you never look at me as I.
Could you have the guts?
The madness of this life makes one's head spin around.
You put your gear up and opened your little mouth.
And yet, you slipped and never got up.
Those piercing eyes and taunting minds that seemed to follow you.
You swallowed it all just to be heard.
That one honest voice of yours,
Will be louder than the crowd's' sentiments.
