  A limerick is a form of poetry, especially one in five-line, predominantly with a strict (AABBA), which is sometimes obscene with humorous intent. The third and fourth lines are usually shorter than the other three. 

A clerihew (pronunciation: ) is a whimsical, four-line biographical poem invented by . The first line is the name of the poem's subject, usually a famous person put in an absurd light.
