taehyung and jeongguk arrive at taehyung's house after shopping for a few gifts. jeongguk begins to unbuckle his seat belt as taehyung stays in place, hesitating to tell jeongguk certain information about his house.

jeongguk begins to pull the car door's handle until taehyung takes his free hand and pushes him back to his seat. "jeongguk, wait."

"what?" jeongguk gazes at taehyung with concern.

"i'm not the only one who lives in this house." taehyung says as he lets go of jeongguk's hand and looks down at his lap.

jeongguk chuckled, "what? yeah, a ghost lives in there." he mocks as he takes the car door handle and pushes it open slightly. taehyung takes his hand and pushes him back down again.

"no, gongju lives with me." taehyung said, letting jeongguk's hand go once again.

jeongguk laughed, "are you serious?" he says in between chuckles. "you were pushing me back to my seat just to say that?" jeongguk snorts absentmindedly.

"you're scared of girls, aren't you?" taehyung says, completely confused.

"what?" jeongguk throws his head back and laughs hysterically. "no! what the hell, taehyung. it's not that i'm scared of them! that's weird." jeongguk crosses his arms.

taehyung chuckled, "i was just checking if you'd be okay with gongju being present in the house."

"since when did you use the word, 'present?'"

taehyung scoffed and pulled the car door handle, pushing it forward. "shut up, jeongguk."

later that night, taehyung drifts into sleep on the couch whereas jeongguk is cozy on taehyung's bed.

on the other hand, gongju was incredibly anxious knowing jeon jeongguk was sleeping in the room next to her's.

jeongguk woke up to taehyung poking his cheeks as he straddles him. "good morning." jeongguk mumbled, eyes still shut.

"it's december 2, jeonggukie." taehyung cooed.

"mhm." jeongguk hummed.

"you're meeting my parents today!" taehyung throws his arms up in excitement of the event.

"why today?" jeongguk said, voice hoarse.

"it's my dad's birthday!"

"oh, wow. it is?"

"jeongguk."

"taehyung." jeongguk mocks.

"take a shower, international playboy." taehyung says, climbing off jeongguk and stepping onto the carpeted floor.

"fine."
