"i want all of them." taehyung says as he explores the pet adoption center, his eyes practically shining.
"there's only one you could have, taehyungie." jeongguk says, exploring with the excited twenty two year old man beside him.
taehyung practically squealed when he found a black shih tzu, "can we adopt this one? look at him, he's just so cute." the red haired twenty two year old pouts toward his significant other, practically begging via his chocolate brown eyes.
"fine." jeongguk agreed.
for the rest of the hour, the two went through the process of adopting their beloved puppy.

"jeongguk ah... i'm giving you the honors of naming our puppy." taehyung says as he helps their newly adopted shih tzu get settled into the house.
"huh? no, it's your birthday. you probably have a better name in mind anyway." jeongguk says as he sets the dog's necessities ready.
"jeongguk, i want you to name him."
the twenty year old boy paused and thought for a second before proceeding, "tell me what you would like the name to start and end with."
taehyung laughed as he thought about the name, watching their dog follow jeongguk around. "i want the name to start with jeong."
jeongguk furrowed his eyebrows, "okay then, jeongsan. that's suitable for him, right?" he says as he kneels down to pet the smol puppy.
"then jeongsan it is!" taehyung says as he stretches his arm out and collapses on the couch, weary from the busy day.
