- Kian’s Point of View -

VidCon is coming up, and I’ve got a little special something for our group this year. So, we’re having a meeting at my house.
“WHERE’S THE FOOD KIAN?” Megan was here.

“WHAT’S THE WIFI PASSWORD KIAN?” Nicole was with her. Thank god, I haven’t seen Nicole in two days. I wish I could tell her that I like her..

“I made some stuff. It’s in the kitchen. Let’s go get it.”

“WE’RE HERE KIAN!” Sam hollered.

“Great!” I set down the cheese dip. “Dig in guys, I know you’re hungry.”

“What are we bringing to VidCon?” Jarrad asked.

“Glad you asked.” I ran to get the Nerf guns. “These,” I grinned.

“You didn’t!” Nicole was obviously excited.

“I did! But we can’t use them until VidCon.”

“You’re kidding.”

“Nope. Alright, so I have a list of everyone we’ll be meeting there.” I handed everyone a list.

“We know people from Sweden?” Megan asked. Oh yeah, she wasn’t familiar with them.

“Felix, Marzia, Phoebe, and Jasmine. Please tell me you know who Pewdiepie is.”

“WE KNOW PEWDS?”

“Yep. And his girlfriend. And two of his friends.”

“That’s awesome. I feel awesome now.”

“And then there’s the British people,”

“Jack, Finn, Dan, Phil, Courtney, Alexys, and Hazel. They’re great.”

I gave them the rest of the information, and then Sam whispered something in my ear.

“You should ask Nicole out. She likes you, Megan told me. Please? Then Megan and I won’t be the only couple, and people will fangirl even more.” Really Sam? You’re gonna put that picture in my head? “I know you might be nervous at first, I was too, but it’s worth it, I promise.”

“I don’t know…” WAIT. “Nicole likes me?”

“Yeah, can’t you tell?” Sam smiled. “I can.”

“Maybe. I’ll try to do it before VidCon, but I don’t know.” Butterflies in my stomach. Make it stop. “Guys, I didn’t make this food for nothing. Eat it. Hey, Nicole, scooch over.”

She picked her iPhone up and made room for me. Damn, did she smell good.

- Nicole’s Point of View -

Does Kian really want to sit by me? I couldn’t help but smile. I looked at Megan, who obviously knew I like Kian, who smiled at me, which made me smile even bigger.

After a while, Sam suggested we play Just Dance. Oh god, I’m horrible at dancing. I think I’ll just watch-

“Nicole, may I have this dance?” Kian asked me. Well since you asked so politely Kian.

“Well of course you may!” I said, with a British accent and a smile. Let’s hope my face wasn’t turning red right now. “What song?”

“Jump On It?” He suggested.

“YES!” I agreed. I love this song.

Later that day, after everybody left, Kian asked if he wanted to go get some ice cream. “If you’re willing to pay, because I’m flat out broke.” I told him.

“Yeah, I’ve got money.” He put some Vans on, and I my Toms. I can’t believe he’s asking me to spend time with him without anyone else. I better make this count.

“Can I’ll have a medium cone,” I ordered my ice cream. “Cookies and cream, and vanilla, please.”

“Who’s your favorite YouTuber?” Kian asked me when we sat down in a corner booth.

I smiled, and literally every YouTuber I’ve ever watched went through my mind. “That’s hard. I think, either Troye Sivan, you, or Connor. You guys are hilarious.”

“What’s your favorite video that I’ve made?”

“Probably the Commenting On Comments or your Talking Kitties video. I can’t choose. Why?”

“Do you want to be my girlfriend?” Kian blurted out. He looked surprised. “That came out sooner as expected.”

“What?” The smile that I was wearing almost broke my face.

He didn’t say anything, he wiggled his eyebrows around. I love it when he does it. Kian is so weird, yet I’m so attracted to him.

“Yes.”

“REALLY?”

“Yeah,” I licked my ice cream.

“DID YOU HEAR THAT ICE CREAM MAN? SHE SAID YES!” Kian screamed over to where we ordered our ice cream. I really hope my cheeks aren’t as red as they feel. The ice cream man smiled and nodded, and congratulated Kian.

“Shh, Kian, I’m not that big of a deal.”

“WHAT? Yes you are. Did you not just see me make a big huge deal about you being my beautiful girlfriend? Don’t lie to yourself, Nicole. Do you know how long I’ve admired you? Too darn long.”

“Whatever you say,” Woah. Why am I not freaking out right now? My crush, Kian Lawley, the guy who I have liked for how many years, ASKED ME OUT. OH MY. KIAN IN MY BOYFRIEND. I LOVE YOU GOD.

“You okay Nicole?” Kian asked me. He must have saw my facial expression, which my eyes were really wide, and my nose was flared. Also, I was probably making some sort of ungodly noise. Hey, if Kian wants to date me, he’s going to see the unattractive side of me.

“Yeah, I’m good.” I laughed. “Can I ask you a question?”

“You may.” Kian bit into his ice cream cone.

“Why do you like me? I mean, why not Megan? What’s so special about me?”

“Are you kidding? Nicole, you don’t see you. Yeah, sure, you look at your reflection. But you don’t get to see yourself the way I do. Your adorable little jokes, your facial expressions, your face, your smell, the way you dress, everything. That’s not creepy. And why not Megan? Don’t get me wrong, she’s pretty and all, but she’s just a friend, and she’ll stay that way in my eyes.”

“You.. you think I’m pretty?” The only person that’s told me I’m pretty is that Hazel girl, Megan’s friend. We’ve Skyped her a couple times.

“Well duh. I love your face.”

“Oh.. thanks.. I love your face too.” I know it’s weird to say that, but I’m weird.
