Sorry I didn't update guys. Yesterday I received a few offensive comments and stuff, and I didn't feel like updating, because it wasn't good enough anyway, since a few people were being rude to me, and I didn't want to go update,  only to receive more hate. BUT, some of you sent really sweet messages, and they made me smile, and just made me so happy again! Thank you so much for that guys. I promise I won't be selfish again, and stop updates because of a few haters, and thank you for the reads, votes, comments and messages, they mean the world to me. :)

****Melanie's P.O.V****

The evil glint in Harry's eyes was horrifying. I had seen darkness in his eyes before, but never had he ever looked so evil. He wanted to inflict pain upon me, desired it, and it was going to give me joy hurting me, running the sharp blade across my skin.

"Harry please don't hurt me." I whispered, backing myself into the corner of the room, as Harry stalked over towards me.

"It's a bit too late for that, don't you think?" Harry smirked. I shook my head furiously, not wanting to meet my fate that was staring me in the eye. His glowing green eyes sparkless with excitement, proving evil had really consumed him inside.

"If you want me to love you, hurting me won't help." I gushed, thinking rapidly of any excuse to stop him from hurting me.

"Oh, but you do love me Melanie." Harry smirked. Harry must have gone delusional, because he went from yelling at me for not loving him, to insisting I did love him, which could never happen. I couldn't fall for him.

"What?" I asked quietly, not sure I wanted to know what he was talking about. How could Harry think I loved him?

"You love me, because you have to love me." Harry answered, kneeling down in front of my curled up in the corner of the room, so we were  now eye level, his dark eyes meeting my frazzled ones.

"Then why hurt me? An-and my baby." I whispered.

"Our baby." Harry corrected. "And to teach you, that no matter what you say, you'll be mine, and you will love me." Harry stated. My eyes couldn't move from the blade in Harry's large hands, glimmering, and sending shivers up my spine, causing me to shiver.

"What are you going to do to me?" I whimpered, eyes flicking to Harry and the blade.

Harry laughed darkly, and leaned in closer. "Give me your arm." he ordered. My eyes widened and I shook my head.

"Please Harry, don't." I begged, but Harry just shook his head. "Don't hurt me. I could love you if you didn't hurt me." I pleaded.

"Oh, but you do love me already, remember?" he smirked. "Now, be a good little girl, and keep still." he commanded, curling his long fingers around my arm.

"Please...just don't hurt the baby." I cracked, biting my lip, and looking away, closing my eyes and preparing for the searing stinging sensation that would soon come from the blade slicing my skin.

Harry's eyes softened, but only for a split second, before he replaced it again with his dark sinister smirk. "Now why would I want to do that?" he teased.

He then ran the blade across my skin, red liquid oozing out of my skin. Pain overwhelmed me, stinging and burning. I cried out, and tried to pull my arm out of Harry's grip, but he tightened his grip, refusing to give up.

"Ah, ah, ah." he tutted. "Don't fight me sweetheart. It will only end badly, for you."

"It hurts." I sobbed helplessly, my lip quivering in pain.

"Love hurts!" Harry snapped, his eyes blazing with fire as he glared at me, repeating his action of running the blade over my skin, me crying out yet again.

"Harry." I whispered.

He stopped and looked at me, his eyes scanning my face, surprised that I had spoken his name. "Hmm?" he hummed, expecting me to answer.

I didn't reply. I was unable to speak, my lips couldn't move. I had no answer. I have no idea why I spoke his name, but I did. It was almost like a reflex...Why I spoke his name was a mystery to the both of us, and I just sat there, in pain, choking back sobs, and the blood dripped from my arms.

Harry placed the blade on the ground, and I let let out a sigh of relief. "Melanie..." he whispered, almost like he was mimicking my actions but some how I knew he wasn't. He was just as lost as I was. "I'm...I'm sorry."

Without another word, Harry got up, stormed out of the room, slamming the door with such force the walls shook, and I flinched. What the hell just happened here.

Some time passed and as the door opened, fear entered me again, as I thought Harry had returned. Instead, I looked up to see Louis walking in. His eyes widened when he saw all the blood dripping from my arm. He ran over to me and pulled his shirt off. He took my arm and tied his shirt around it, preventing anymore blood from spilling.

"What the hell happened?" he asked when he was done.

"Harry happened." I stated, causing Louis to laugh,  nodding his head.

"He is a bit of a bully and times." he agreed. "His heart is in the right place though." he defended his best friend.

"Yeah I'm sure it was there the entire whilst he ran a blade across my skin twice." I bit, feeling angered by Louis defending Harry's actions.

"He just...doesn't know how to handle all of this." Louis explained. "I mean, the girl he loves more than anything hates him, and lied about lovin him. He is hurt, and sadly he inflicted his pain upon you. Harry has always been like that. If he feels pain, so must everybody else."

"Sounds like a lovely guy once you get past the evil then." I scoffed and Louis just laughed again.

"He actually is." he chuckled. "Can I make a suggestion?" he asked.

"I have a feeling you're going to no matter what I say." I retaliated.

"You sure are something else." Louis smiled. "But yes, I am." he smirked. "I suggest you go easy on the lad."

"Me go easy on him?!" I growled. "Can you not see how wrong that is?"

"I mean, stop talking back, arguing, saying you hate him." Louis answered. "If you make things easier for him, he'll make things easier for you."

"You really think he'd go easy on me all of a sudden, out of the goodness of his heart?" I scoffed sarcastically.

"Melanie, I've known Harry for years, and  have seen all sides of him. You've only seen his bad ones. He is actually a really nice guy, and quite funny too if you can stand cheesey knock knock jokes." Louis laughed.

"You make love seem like a game." I sighed.

"It is in a way." Louis replied. "You go through up's and down's, up you finish in the end. Even if it is hard. I mean, the climb is hard, but the view is great!" he chirped. playfully nudging my shoulder.

"That's deep." I laughed, shaking me head "Why are you being all nice all of a sudden?" I asked.

"Because you are." he smirked. "You reap what you sowe, and since you're not snapping at me, I'm not snapping at you! Funny how that works, isn't it?" Louis teased.

"I suppose this ties into Harry then huh?" I sighed.

"You're a smart girl, Melanie. Now put those words to action."
