Ah! Sorry AGAIN! I know I always have excuses guys! It's end of year exams here in New Zealand right now, so I had an exam yesterday, then me and Josiah hung out and I had a sleepover, so there was no way for me to update! Sorry! I love you all, and I love the comments so thanks for them! And some of you are saying I rushed the pregnancy, but this is 60 chapters or more now, and I need to end it soon so I can make the sequel!
***Harry's P.O.V***
It kicked! My precious baby kicked! I placed my hand over Melanie's stomach, and sure enough, I felt a small tap. Melanie giggled every time it kicked and my smile grew even more, that my cheeks started to hurt. I wondered what it felt like for Mel, feeling somebody kicking inside you, but judging from Melanie's giggling, it wasn't unpleasant.
"It tickles!" he giggled, grinning down at her stomach, which was only just starting to show. I lifted up her shirt, and pressed my ear to her stomach, and Melanie laughed as my curls tickled her skin, as I listened for any sound. Suddenly the baby kicked, and I flinched in fright, almost like it tried to kick me.
"Ha, beaten up by your own child!" Liam mocked, and I scowled at him.
"No, she's trying to say hello." I defended, placing my hand back on Melanie's stomach.
"She?" Melanie asked. "What makes you so sure it's a she?"
"I just know. Daddy instincts give me a vibe." I smirked, sticking my tongue out, and Mel scoffed at me, rolling her eyes.
"I think motherly instincts are stronger so Melanie would know more than you. And I think it's a boy!" Louis teased. "My sassy instinct tell me so!" he spoke smugly.
"What about you Mel? What do you think it is?" Zayn asked her, smiling at her. I admit, it angered me slightly, but I heard Zayn saying he wouldn't touch Mel, because of our friendship, and I trusted him. Plus Melanie wouldn't dare go near him. Although we are all friendly now, she is still aware of my temper.
"I'm not sure." Melanie shrugged. "But I kinda hope it's a girl." she smiled.
"Really? I thought you'd want a boy." Zayn murmured.
"I'd be very happy with a boy," Melanie defended. "but I've always wanted to have a baby girl. Funnily enough, I wanted a baby Darcy, which is creepy considering Harry likes that name too." she frowned.
"It's a sign we belong!" I cheered.
"Or a coincidence." Liam teased.
"Or because you stalked Mel.." Louis laughed.
"Or because-"
"Shut up!" I grumbled, smiling slightly. "It's a sign." I confirmed to myself, nodding in agreement with myself.
"Whatever helps you sleep at night." Melanie mocked.
"You do." I winked.
Melanie groaned out in disgust. "And jerk Harry is back..." she sighed
"We comes and leaves as he pleases." Louis sighed. "A shame really, nice Harry is much better."
"Zip it Lou." I grumbled. "I was just teasing, I'm sorry." I sighed.
"Whatever." Melanie sighed. "I need to shower." she spoke headed to the door.
"Wait! You can't go near a window alone Mel." I warned.
"Are you kidding me?" she groaned.
"Melanie. You tried to escape countless times now, it's safe to say I don't trust you." I reasoned, grabbing her arm, and escorting her to the bathroom. Melanie let out a frustrated sigh as I led her into our room. "Your clothes are in that drawer, take what you need." I explained
