Im sorry, I lied.

This part isn't epic. I was getting ahead of myself.

Its the start of the epic-ness.

And I'm already planning an after-after book.

You know, an after book for after this book.

I'll get to that closer to the end of this one.

I'm thinking I'll have up to forty parts.

But that could change, you all know that well don't you?

CHAPTER 10: I'M GOING INSANE?

RENESMEE CULLEN

I didn't know what to say, and I surely could not think straight.

Was I going insane? Maybe. Or maybe these boys have another thing coming.

My eyes were locked on the windshield of my car. It took everything instilled in me by my family to not turn around and yell. I knew it would do me no good. I turned my head towards Rachel, she looked so frail, so brittle. How could those boys be thinking of her like that. They were already talking about me like this, but I could handle myself. Rachel was so breakable, but that's when I saw the bigger picture. I hadn't had a chance to really look at Rachel. She was beautiful. Every bit as beautiful as Rosalie, Alice and my mother. I felt so dumb not to see that before this moment. Though she was beautiful, those boys fantasies were inexcusable.

I turned around, slowly, watching every move I made. My eyes met the boy who began the initial whispers about my sister. He didn't look away. My eyes went from a soft welcoming brown, to a pair of eyes giving you the most terrifying glare. A murderous glare, or what have you. The boy looked down, and then to his friend.

"I think that girl heard us." He told the one boy, and the other looked up at me. I nodded to him, giving him the same glare his friend got. He, too, looked down.

"Lets go." The second boy said, and their whole group dashed off towards the main building. They should, because if they were to stay over here they wouldn't be alive much longer. I wasn't expecting Jake to tap on my shoulder, so when he did I jumped.

"I didn't mean to scare you.." He mumbled and I turned to look at him. "But what was that about?"

I gave Rachel a quick glance, too quick for her to notice, but slow enough for Jake to see. He nodded, and I nodded back at him. My expression was still fierce. I was utterly astonished my father didn't come back to make sure I wasn't going to kill that boy, but I guess he though I could handle myself. I did. "Lets get going." I said to them, taking Jake's hand in mine. "Before I kill somebody." I added, and Rachel gave a slight smile, I looked at her but she just shook her head.
