Chapter 19: Jacky's Birthday

TORI'S POV

*1 month later*

Tears rolled down my face as I drove, my vision blurring. I pulled into Phantom's driveway, hurrying up to the door. I knocked and stood there, trying to dry my tears.

Phantom opened the door and wrapped me in a tight hug. She pulled me into her house and sat me on the couch, still hugging me. Ronnie was at band practice with Jacky so I didn't have to worry about him.

"What's wrong?" She asked, rubbing my back.

"I-I made a huge mistake." I sobbed into her shoulder.

"What is it Tori? Don't tell me, oh my God, you didn't. Did you ch-"

"No! No way!"

"Well, what is it then?"

"I-I'm pregnant."

"That's great!" She exclaimed, hugging me tightly.

"No, no it's not Phantom."

"Why not? You're going to have a kid!" She exclaimed with a smile.

"Phantom, what if Jacky doesn't want a kid! What if he leaves me over this!"

"Tori, listen to me." Phantom said, placing her hands on my shoulders and forcing me to look at her. "Jacky may be surprised at first, but I promise you he will love his child. And, if he leaves you over this, then he didn't deserve you in the first place."

"I guess you're right." I sighed, wiping my face.

"Phantom! I'm home!" I heard Ronnie call.

"That means that Jacky's probably close to home. See ya, thank you." I said, hugging her.

"No problem, anytime." She said, hugging me back. I said hi to Ronnie as I left the house, getting back into my car. I drove home and pulled into the driveway, seeing Jacky's car in the driveway.

"Shit." I said under my breath as I got out of my car. I walked into the house and didn't see Jacky anywhere.

"Tori, is that you?" He called from the hallway.

"Yeah. I was at Phantom's." I said, putting my keys down and sitting down on the couch.

"What's this?" He asked, walking into the room. I looked closer at what he was holding and saw it was the empty box of tests. Shit.

"Uhh-oh I-uh just thought I was pregnant but I took the tests and I'm not." I said with a small shrug.

"Oh." He said, turning around.

"W-Why'd you say it like that?"

"Like what?"

"Like, how you said oh."

"It's nothing." He said, walking back into the bathroom.

"Jackson." He sighed and turned around.

"Really, it's nothing. I mean, it'd be nice to have a kid. I've always wanted to be a father."

"R-Really?"

"Yeah." He smiled, leaning down to peck my lips.

"Victoria Sullivan?" I stood up and Phantom came with me. I had my first appointment today and I wanted Phantom there for support since I haven't told Jacky yet. I made an appointment the day I found out, so I've only know for about a week. I sat on the table and pulled up my shirt, waiting for the doctor.

"Thanks for coming Phantom." I said with a smile.

"No problem, do you ever planning on telling Jacky?" She asked with a chuckle.

"Yeah, I have a plan, trust me."

"Alright." She giggled as the doctor came in. He sat down on his stool and pulled over the ultrasound machine.

"Now, this is going to be cold." He warned as he squirted gel on my stomach. I flinched and cringed when the gel made contact with my skin. He put the ultrasound wand on my stomach and mvoed it around, looking up at the screen.

"Congratulation Miss Sulivan, you are pregnant." He said with a smile, pointing to a spot on the screen.

"T-That's my baby?"

"Yup, can you hear the heartbeat?" I smiled as I heard the heartbeat, a few tears escaping my eyes. "You are about a month." He said, turning off the machine. He printed out a picture and cleaned off my stomach before leaving.

"Oh my God Phantom." I said, staring down at the picture.

"This is wonderful Tori!" Phantom smiled, hugging me.

"Happy birthday to you!" We sang as Jacky blew out his candles and we all clapped. Jacky wanted a small party this year so it was just the FIR guys and their girlfriends.

"Present time!" I exclaimed as we all made our way to the living room. Jacky sat down on the couch, behind the pile of presents and I sat next to him. I smiled, watching him open every card and present. 

"You have one more present." I said, grabbing the wrapped object from behind the couch. He raised an eyebrow as he read the card first before unwrapping it.

"Oh my God." He said, looking down at the guitar case in front of him. He opened it and his jaw dropped. "Oh my God." He repeated, looking at me before looking back at the guitar.

"I remember you saying how much you wanted it so, I bought it for you."

"Tori, you shouldn't have. This must of cost you a fortune." He said as he picked it up, looking it over.

"It was all worth it." I smiled, kissing his cheek. He was about to put it back in the case when he saw something at the bottom. He picked up the item and stared at it.

"W-What is this?" He asked, looking at the picture before looking back at me. I smiled and handed him a postiven pregnancy test in a bag. He looked down at it and his eyes nearly popped out of his head.

"Oh my God." He said. "R-Really?" He asked, looking up at me and I nodded. He placed the items down and hugged me tightly.

"Y-You mean y-you're not mad?"

"Of course not! I'm going to be a father Tori! This is amazing!"

"Good." I smiled, hugging him again.

"This has been the best birthday ever." He whispered in my ear before passionatley kissing my lips.

"Your welcome." I smiled.

"Thank you so much, for everything."

"Yay! New baby!" Ryan exclaimed, causing us all to laugh.
