It was June 19th, 1964, Annie was a 17 year old school student, with long dark brown hair tied up in a red ribbon, she was quite skinny and also shirt for someone of her age. She would pass the time by reading books and writing her own little stories whilst her class mates went out every night to parties and such.
She lived a quiet life, her mother was a nurse at the local hospital and did everything she could possibly do to keep her daughter happy but not spoiled. She was an only child, with an alcoholic father who now serves time for abusive behaviour.
The day before was a Sunday, it had been Paul McCartney's birthday and she celebrated it as if she was really there. As you can tell, she was quite the Beatles fan, something that everyone else didn't know as she was afraid of what they may think. McCartney wasn't her favourite Beatle however... But John Lennon. She had almost every Lp since they had started as a band and also acquired some of Lennon's solo work.
They weren't the richest of people but her mother tried everything she could to buy her daughter a surprise poster or biography. The only one think that Annie truly wanted however, was a ticket to their next upcoming concert.
