I'm Forever Yours

2.A date

I go to school the next day. The school ends at 4 but I lie to my parents and say it ends at 5 so that I can have 1 hour free everyday with my friends. After school, we go to the coffee shop, get changed and talk. That is our place from gathering. It is a bit far away from school and in a corner so we don't get caught.

Life is all about risks, isn't it?

I study in an only girl school, so I find it boring. Convent schools are useless. Co-ed would be better but it wasn't my choice to study here. To my parents, I'm all obedient child so I have to study here, in St. Mart's or rather I am forced to study here. It's not like I want to hide all this stuff from my parents or something like that but I am forced to. I will be discouraged by my parents and if my school finds out then I will get into a big trouble.

I just want to love.

My heart says yes but the world says no.

I wasn't being wrong, was I?

As I sit down the table, Atka asks me, "Hey Ailina, Nera told me that you proposed to Andy and got accepted. You didn't even tell us. What happened?"

I eye at Nera and say, "Nera why did you tell? I thought I would give them a surprise or more of a shock."

Nera just smiles at me. Atka asks me, "How did you propose?"

With pink cheeks, I start, "Well, first I invited him at this cafe at 12. Then I came at 11:30 and planned what to do. He came at exact 12, not wanting to be late. Then he ordered Pizza and Pepsi wheras I stayed with salad and water because he said he likes skinny girls. As we ate, we talked about few random stuffs. Then at the end he paid the bill like a perfect gentleman. All that time I was confused whether to say or not to say. He seemed to have noticed my uneasiness and asked if I was okay. Even after me nodding my head, he figured out something was wrong so he took me to a park so that I would calm down. Then I said, "Andy, I have something to tell you."

He just stood there quietly waiting to hear me, patiently. I took a deep bredth and I finally asked, "Please listen well. I want to say that I like you. After Chase left, you've been by my side, helped me smile and become happy. If you weren't with me I'd still be crying for him. Thank you so much for all you've done and will you be my boyfriend?"

My heart bear could be heard far and wide, my face had turned pink from blushing, and I couldn't even face him.

I stood there waiting for his answer. Since he didn't answer me at first, I thought that he would refuse. So I said, "It's okay if it's a no. Afterall..."

Before I could speak a word, he came in front of me and kissed my forehead. And I just stared at him like a dumb girl until he said "I love you Ailina". That moment I thought that my world was bright, yet again even without Chase." I completed my story. Everyone was staring at me.

Soon after, they hugged me. Then I said "I've got a surprise for all of you."

They asked, "You've already rocked the stage baby. What more is left now?"

I flushed bright pink and replied, "I'm not sure but he might have asked me out for a date this Saturday. "

"Really?", Atka and Nera asked at the same time.

"Well, it isn't my fault that I got such an awesome boyfriend." I replied.

"Not this one" I said as Atka showed me a purple dress. I mean it wasn't too good. It was just plain.

"You've already refused so many dresses. What on earth do you want to wear?" Nera asked me.

I had many pretty dresses but somehow I didn't want to wear them. I even didn't want to wear my favourite yellow dress with flowery pattern. I wanted to look special. Special and not just normal.

"Let me see"; I asked as I searched through all my dresses in my wardrobe.

Finally I found a sleveless slim fiber quality cherry red dress which was extremely beautiful. I changed into it. It came just above my knees and fitted in my body perfectly. I put on a shiny red necklace and matching red earrings. Then I wore a red coloured high heels and had a red purse just to complete my get up. Then Nera and Atka completed the look with some make up. Finally I looked at myself in the mirror and I just looked gorgeous. It didn't look like me at all. I looked very beautiful, like all those models on t.v.

"Wow girl, you really look awesome. I consider Andy very lucky. He's got such a beautiful girlfriend. "; Nera said.

"Stop the nonsense."; I said, blushing.

"Seriously Ailina, you look damn awesome. Any one would fall in love with you right away."; said Atka.

"My mom will be thinking that I've gone to my scout classes so I don't have to worry about her. I think I'll call Andy and ask where he is." I said.

"Ok we'll leave. I have to hang out with Waller and Atka has to go for lunch with Secher. On top of that you wouldn't want us to be here when Andy arrives." Nera said giving me a smile. And after that they left.

Soon after, I heard the doorbell. After opening the door, I saw Andy standing in front of me. He was dressed in blue plain shirt and black pants, looking awesome as usual. His hair was neatly combed and he was holding a boquet of red roses, just for me.

He looked surprised seeing my get up. I don't know whether he was attracted by my get up or not but he was just surprised. He closed the door behind and handed me the red roses, without a word. I smiled to feel less awkward. Soon after that, he came so close that our faces were not even an inch apart. I felt a little nervous and sweet was dripping from my hands but I felt strangely good. Suddenly he grabbed my waist and kissed me. His lips were warm and comfortable. I don't know why but it felt so good. I wished that the moment would last forever. I didn't want it to end.

Forever is a beautiful word, very comforting, but that forever didn't exist for me.
