Bey's POV "Guess what?," I asked Kelly as I got in her car.
"What?," she asked.
"I'm going out to dinner with Jay tonight," I told her.
"Damn, you move fast. Did you tell Jay about Simone, break them up, and already start dating him in a couple of hours? You must have have a magical pussy?," she asked.
I giggled.
"No, he and Simone just got into another fight, and she's not going. He didn't want the reservations to go to waste, so he asked me to go. I thought about and said yes," I told her.
"You guys are gonna have a romantic dinner?," she asked starting her car.
"No, a friendly dinner," I told her.
"I've never heard of that," she said.
"Jay and I are just friends. We're going out as friends," I said to her.
"Whatever you say Bey," she said driving off.
She drove us home. When we arrived, we got out and went in the house.
"What time is he picking you up?," Kelly asked me as we walked into the house.
"7:45. I should go ahead and get ready since it takes a long time for me to take a bath," I told her as I put my things down and made my way into the bathroom.
(7:00 pm)
"Kelly, how does this outfit look?," I asked her.
"Great, Bey. Just like the other 7 you've tried on," she told me.
"I just want to look good when I go out to dinner with him tonight," I told her.
"You sure are going through a lot of trouble for a guy who's just your friend," she said.
"We are just friends, but I don't want to look like trash out in public," I stated.
"Bey, you look amazing. Jay's going to love it," Kelly complimented.
"I don't care if he loves it. I just want to look good for me," I told her as I walked into the bathroom to do my makeup and hair.

I curled my hair with that iron thing like Kelly taught me and did my makeup.
I went back into our bedroom and put on my shoes.
I looked in the mirror. I look amazing.
