Bey's POV
I went to Jay's locker hoping he would be there.

And he was. He was there with another girl.

I thought that maybe they were just talking until I saw them hug

I thought that maybe they were just talking until I saw them hug. Then she kissed his cheek.

I turned back around and walked away quickly trying to keep the tears from coming out of my eyes.

I went back to my locker which is right next to Kelly's. She was there getting her stuff.

"What happened? Why are you crying?," she asked me.

"Jay, I went to look for him, and he was at his locker with another girl," I cried.

"Maybe, he was just talking to her about homework or something," she said.

"No, they hugged, and she kissed his cheek," I continued to cry.

"Bey, I'm so sorry," she said hugging me.

"I just don't understand, Kelly. I was the best girlfriend I could possibly be to him. And I told him how badly it hurt me when my first boyfriend cheated on me, but he doesn't care. I did everything I could for him. I've put my life in danger to protect him from Melinda more than once. I gave him sex whenever he wanted it even if I was tired because I thought that he was a good boyfriend and deserved it. But while he's been getting it from me, he's been getting it from someone else," I cried.

"Bey, it's gonna be okay. You're gonna get through this. I'm here for you no matter what," she told me hugging me tighter.

"Thank you Kelly. You're the best friend a girl could ever ask for. I love you," I told her.

"I love you too Bey. You wanna stay here at school, Bey? We can go back home if you're too distraught," she told me.

"No, I'm good," I said pulling away from her and wiping my tears.

"You sure?," she asked me.

"Yeah, I'm gonna get to class. I'll see you in there," I told her walking away down the hallway.

I walked to my class and took a seat. Then Jay came in, and I remembered that he sits next to me.

He took his seat.

"Bey," he said.

"Please don't talk to me," I said to him.

"Have you been crying? What's wrong?," he asked me.

"Leave me alone Jay," I told him.

"No, I'm not gonna leave my girlfriend alone when she's been acting weird and crying for the past three days," he said.

I grabbed my things and got up. I went to the back of the classroom and sat in an empty seat.

Then class began.
