Bey's POV
(Eight Years Later)
"Bey babe, have you seen my tie?," Jay asked me as he walked into our bedroom room.

"Which one? You're gonna have to be more specific. You have a million ties," I told him not looking up from my laptop.

"The black one that you got me for Christmas last year," he said.

"I don't know. Check the clean laundry basket. I haven't put anything that I washed yesterday up. It's in the laundry room," I told him.

"Okay," he walked out of our bedroom and downstairs to the laundry room.

After a while, he came back upstairs.

"Babe, its not in there," he told me.

"Did you check your tie drawer?," I asked.

"Yes babe," he told me.

"Did you look in the clean laundry basket thoroughly?," I asked him.

"Yes babe," he told me.

"Did you check your closet?," I asked.

"Yes babe," he told me.

"You know that if I get up off this bed and find it, you're in a lot of trouble, right?," I asked him.

"I know," he answered.

"Just making sure you know," I said as I moved my laptop off my lap and sat it on the bed.

I got off the bed and walked over his tie drawer and opened it. I looked through it and found his black tie at the bottom.

I held it up for him.

"Jay, I thought you said it wasn't in here," I told him.

"I looked through there babe, and it wasn't," he told me.

"Well, why am I holding it in my hand?," I asked him.

"Your magical mermaid powers have come back after all these years, and you made it appear," he said.

"Very funny Jay," I said giving him his tie.

"Thank you for finding it for me baby," he said kissing my lips.

I kissed him back.

"You're welcome," I said about to walk back over to the bed.

"Before you get back on the bed, can you put my tie on? You do it better than me," he asked.

"Sure," I said grabbing the tie and putting it around his neck.

I fixed it up for him then went back to get on the bed. I got back on the bed and put my laptop back on my lap.

"I think I'm ready babe," he said.

"I know you are. You're gonna do great on your first day. I have complete faith in you honey," I told him.

"Thank you baby. Can I get a good luck kiss before I go?," he asked.

"Of course," I said.

He walked over to the bed and kissed my lips. Then he kissed our one year old son's head who was sitting on the bed next to me with his toys.
