"He's the one who told the Chancellor about us. He's the one who almost caused us to be expelled." Harry's aggravated voice spoke through the receiver making me speechless.

I removed my gaze at his direction and diverted it towards Trevor who is speaking to me like none of it was his fault. I stared at him but there's no hint of guilt in his face as he talks to me. I couldn't believe that he would do that. I thought he was my friend and... Maybe Harry is just accusing him. Maybe it's not Trevor at all. I removed my phone from the side of my ear and ended the call with Harry.

"Hey, is everything alright?" Trevor thoughtfully asked. "Was that Harry?" I nodded, still sinking in the information that Harry had told me. I couldn't even bare to look at him for too long now.

"I was wondering if you would hang out with me tonight..." He casually speaks when I didn't speak again. I fight the urge in every particle of my body to slap him and shout at him for expelling Harry in front of the people around us.

"I can't." I muttered. "I can't go out with you."

"Oh yeah. Someone told me you and Harry are now 'together.'" Trevor air quoted the last word and chuckled playfully. If Harry didn't tell me Trevor was a suspect, I would have thought this is an innocent gossip that flew around the school that reached his ears – which I think is still one of the factors – but it made me suspicious as to how he knew about Harry and I being together that easily.

"How did you know?" I casually asked but there's a hidden agenda behind my question.

"Oh you know... people like gossips and... I happen to just hear it." He shrugged it off like it was nothing. I nodded in agreement and didn't pressure him with anymore questions about how he knew, or who told him.

"Wow." I sarcastically appraised. "How about the fact that you know that Harry and I stayed together? Did you hear it from other people also?" I bitterly chuckled at him when his face contorts into a baffled state. God, I wasn't informed that he was a good actor.

"Chastity, I don't even know that... I just knew this morning about Harry's expulsion but I got..." He hastily explained but I cut him off rudely.

"Don't play innocent, Trevor." I said in a surprisingly calm tone. I don't want to attract attention from other people and I would rather do this in a peaceful way.

"Just because Harry told you something about me, whatever it was, you should believe him." He said hardly. "For all we know Harry's just gonna use you, or maybe he's already using you because you and him are already together. I never knew you would stoop that low and be with someone you already know yourself will break your heart."

"You don't even know him for a start!" I raised my voice slightly. I already know that we are attracting stares from other people but some are already on their way home or on to their next class. "You don't know him as much as I do."

"Oh, really? Maybe you should think twice before saying that to me." Trevor grimly challenged. "After all, who knows their brother better than their sibling do?"

I opened my mouth to say something back but no words or sound came out from my mouth. I was again, left speechless. A smirk of triumph was on Trevor's face as he turned away to walk down the hall. I watched him as he disappears when he made a turn to the left. My breathing was ragged and I just noticed it by now. My mind is racing and all I could think of was "brother." Is there something Harry hasn't told me? His story compromises of him as an only child. Perhaps Trevor is playing tricks with my mind and is just telling me stuff to confuse me further, for me to doubt Harry.
