and i never knew i'd survive this—survive a life without you. but i can still open both of my eyes as the sun rises at the dawn, i can still hear the water crashing onto boulders as it touches the shore, feel the raindrops that tingle on my skin, and yes, here i am, still breathing as i feel my heart beat, knowing i'm a survivor of a lethal, once in a blue moon occurrence, called love.
